Burger King — Restaurant in Liberal

For the second time in two visits, this is the picture of the DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER I got from the drive through. Notice the single patty? I know that I ordered it correctly, because I checked the board. I used the $3.00 Double Cheeseburger Meal coupon from the flyer, and had them add bacon and upgraded to a large Diet Coke, for a grand total of $4.81. I wasn’t given a receipt as far as I can tell. I don’t usually check, but this is the second time this week that my double cheeseburger has shown up in the bag as a tiny single cheeseburger...I know that it was correct on the screen, because I saw DBL Cheeseburger.. I always check the screen. I will post the picture if I see a way to do that on this site. I know it isn’t a huge amount of money, but a Bacon Double Cheeseburger tastes so much better than a single, and it’s the second time it happened this week. The day shift people seem to be a lot friendlier than the night shift. I handed the cashier $20.01 and offered to see if I had .80. She was taking another order, so I wasn’t sure if she heard me, so I waited for her to finish talking to the other customer, and she looked at me and barked, “Well, are you going to get the $.80 or not?” So I dug 8 dimes out of my wallet, so she wouldn’t have to give me 2 dimes in change. Is this location being renovated? Because as it is now, it is a horrible place to stop on a long road trip. Driving from New Mexico to Wisconsin, we stopped here as a change from usual golden arches but kids could still have a place to play and get energy out. The play land was closed for repairs, ok, it happens, but some sign before we all got out of the car would have been nice. We decided to stay since we were all inside already. Restaurant seemed rather new, but was dirty, service was slow, my chicken sandwich was dry and overcooked with over-toasted bun, no spoons were given with two orders of applesauce, a bunch of other little things like that which by themselves aren't a big deal, but all added up to an irritating experience. But still, the thing that really got me was that there were NO CHANGING TABLES in either restroom!! What!? I seriously hope this place was just short staffed for the day and being renovated, and they just hadn't finished the bathrooms yet. If not, BK-Liberal, KS needs to get its...

this place has always had the WORST customer service every time we come, but we’ve gotten used to it at this point, but every time we go other than that, it’s either the order is wrong or there’s hair, fine and time again we’ve given it another chance. today it was all of the above. very awful customer service, especially from the younger ones, order was messed up, and there was food in my friends burger. knocked on the door because they were locked 2 hours before closing. refused to let us in, super rude. manager finally opened the door and asked if we wanted to come in after saying what happened. whole place should be shut down and or...
