I had Never had an issue with the Liberal Sonic until this visit...I pulled into the drive up at 3:53pm..there was 1 vehicle pulling in at the same time in front of me and Nobody behind me..I listened as the lady in front of me ordered 1 drink and and heard when she was charged the Happy Hour 1/2 price ...by the time I placed my order of 5 drinks it was a 4 minutes till 4 ...i placed my order and was charged full price...when I pulled up to get my order, I asked nicely if I hadn't made it the Happy Hour..the cashier acted put off by my question and answered no rudely....I said that I found that odd as the vehicle in front of me had pulled in at the same time and she was charged only half and she shrugged....As she handed me my order, I noticed that it was wrong and told the cashier...her actions then became very angry..she grabbed the drinks and slammed the window...when she handed them to me again, she very rudely said that she needed my debit card again...I handed it to her and when she handed it back to me , she practically threw it at me and slammed the window w/o a thank you...Horrible Cashier..needs to...
Read moreDear Sonic, your app sucks. on two different accounts, two seperate phones, your app charges the card being used at the sametime the app says your card is denied. To no avail when providing said feedback to customer support, the excuse is always the same, it's not the app, it's your card. No, it's not my card it's your app. On a seperate issue, whoever is in charge of resupplying items, like drink holders, failed at their job miserably. Every time I order multiple drinks, not on a daily basis, your location is out of drink holders. How hard can this be to ensure you have plenty of drink holders, even if it takes a little planning. Maybe it's because, no one cares. Not even so much as a warning to customers that you are out of something. Instead, it's surprise, we don't have drink holders and it's not our fault you didn't bring extra people to hold the drinks you ordered, but thanks for your money. Come again soon. At least fix the app, what's the point in using it, if it doesn't work majority...
Read more#3 UPDATE: Guess what?! You can now once again use the Sonic card in the app! We also were able to recover our "lost" card balances. Thanks for making that happen, Sonic!!😁 #2 WHAT...you can no longer use a Sonic gift card in the app??!! We made the mistake of loading cards in the app and discarding them. Unfortunately, the cards are no longer listed in our account. I hope to recover what we've lost by contacting customer service. A little notice of such a major change would have been nice and reasonable. #1 Only downfall this visit was that the $2.99- 2 corndogs and tots special wasn't on the app. Had to place a second order to take advantage of that offer. Moreover, you have to wait to place the order at the stall if you've already checked in since you can't place an order physically at the stall you've checked in for your on line...
