KFC — Restaurant in Liberal

KFC is currently under construction and had we knew that we might not have went. The place was covered in dust and almost all the tables were gone. It desperately needed an update so that can be forgiven. We placed our order and the lady running the cash register didn't know her menu well. I asked for a number 8 I believe and that was a chicken sandwich, I also wanted to order another chucken sandwich on the menu but she kept saying so you want the number 8 but add bacon and cheese. I Said I want the number 8 and this chicken sandwich that has bacon and cheese. I said I guess so it doesn't have a number so she looked at the menu and realized what I was asking for. I also ordered a meal and she didn't ask me what sides I wanted so we ended up getting the default mashed potatoes with gravy and coleslaw. Not what my granddaughter had wanted. Anyway we ended waiting for about 15 minutes for French fries for some reason and there were about 8 other people waiting too. We were in a bit of a hurry that is why we opted for some fast food. Hopefully once there reno is done things...

We ordered a chicken tender combo and a drum/thigh combo. We placed our order at 4:21 PM. At 4:36 my husband went up to inquire as to where our meal was. The manager on duty (I didn't get his name) looked right at my husband when he asked where our meal was and without responding to him, he just turned around, never saying a word out loud. I went up to the counter immediately following my husband and I was told they were waiting on the tenders so they would be fresh. After we finally received our meal, the food was hot yes, however, we received 2 thighs instead of a leg and a thigh. I had to go back up to the counter and have a leg given to me. Not very satisfied with any of the visit. Service was slow and rude. Food was hot but took almost 29 minutes to even receive the the order, which was wrong BTW without a single sorry, we apologise or...

One of a series of INCOMPETENT service interactions with service staff that deserves to have a complaint lodged and gives the KFC brand a very very bad name. I called here and, much like the nearby location, could not get basic answers to food questions, which took forever for them to answer. Prices were also too high compared to other fast food restaurants. I'm really disappointed in this location and will file a complaint against customer service headquarters alert them that this is one of the worst KFCs I have been to (much worse than in Los Angeles and DC where I used to live)

In addition, they called me "Ma'am" on the phone. Please get the gender right next time. Its a bit...
