Ashley Store — Local services in Liberal

My husband and I drove 2 hours to buy a bed ..this had to be purchased at a store to receive the the 60 month interest free financing. Their website advertised this ..we walked in , was not greated, finally found a sales person to help us. Told him what we wanted and that we were paying with an Ashley Advantage card. He told us we had to spent $4500 to get the 60 month special financing...showed him the exact photo from their website, and then he had us go up front to the cashiers who were less than friendly and unwilling to help us. We finally were able to speak with the manager who basically told us they have the right to refuse any special offer advertised. Did not offer any other options, her attitude was awful, obviously did not want our business..she let a $2000 sale walk out the door. We won't be back to say the least.

Response to owners reply …. I don’t have 3 stores in my local area or had even spoken to any in Oklahoma , and the photo I included was linked directly to your website . I also did not ask for price matching , in fact we were going to pay the delivery charge and opt for the extended warranty. There’s no need to make up scenarios that didn’t happen . This was your failed attempt to make a customer look stupid...

Great products, great prices for the quality, and a staff that truly cares about getting you what you need. None of the pushy sales tactics you tend to see at other places. We've been shopping here since 1997, and all the furniture in my home and my parents' home have been purchased from these fine folk throughout the years. Even though they've scaled up from what used to be the Payless store, the level of customer service has not diminished one bit. I have moved away from Liberal, but we still make it a point to buy our furniture from this Ashley store, because we know they'll...

I bought couches and a set of twin beds with dresser and memory foam matress... . One of the foot rest was damage... Until TODAY they have not replaced it... Yes.. I called them.. And yes... They call me back... But until today no one has replaced my damaged furniture... It took them a well over a month to get my stuff and than it...
