La Cazona — Restaurant in Liberal

Clean, modern atmosphere. Reasonable prices. Good food. We had nachos and the enchiladas trio......however, as good as our waitress was, she was alone and did EVERYTHING! She was finishing up a table of 22 when we walked in. She had to seat everyone, take orders, make drinks and Cocktails, deliver food, get the bill out and take care of your charge. We were there nearly 2 hours, its just too much for one person as another table of 8 came in, then 4 then 3. Someone bussed her table and some guy was behind the cash register, never helped, refuse to cash us out and some others woman we saw once, not sure who she was, but NO HELP. Shame on MANAGEMENT for staffing one little waitress who did a great job, but couldn't get caught up. Owner/manager needs to MANAGE. Bottom line, great food, LOUSY SERVICE. Give yourself plenty of time and if you see one wait person...

I had invited my cousin to go eat since he is not from around this area, and I figured since I used to work and eat there the food would still be immaculate, INSTEAD when we ordered the red enchiladas, we were VERYYYYY DISPLEASED to get enchiladas with a sauce that tasted like it could be a mixture of can ravioli and wing sauce mixed together🤢 we both took the first and only bite and when we told our server the food had an unpleasant taste she responded with “we make the sauce that way because it’s what the white people that come in like” which was very disrespectful to say and I felt very offended. I would not recommend anyone...

We were greeted right away by two friendly employees. They say at us right away, brought drinks and chips/salsa right away, then came back at the perfect moment to take our order.

The enchiladas with red sauce are delicious and the portions are large but not ridiculously so. The prices and value of the food are excellent, and the quality of the entire experience was top notch.
