Starbucks — Restaurant in Liberal

I don't know why I keep coming to this Starbucks. I travel around the U.S. and they are the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. I guess that I am okay with it since they are the only Starbucks in the area. I know which drinks to not order and I understand that they aren't well-trained in customer service. I've even been in here when the staff had a shouting match (with cussing) with a disgruntled customer for a simple drink mishap. Placed in person order, the young man at the counter was trying but having problems with the mobile reader. Waited 30 minutes for an in store order of one hot drink!!!!! When I ask the manager about it she was very rude! They were filling mobile orders that were not being picked up!!! I love the fact that we actually have a starbucks close, but the Peppermint Mocha is never made correct. The coffee tastes burnt! There is not enough mocha in it, or there is never any whipped cream. This poses a problem when you go through the drive thru then have to go back in to ask them to make it again. Or someone brings you a drink home and its not correct.
