Amazing food, great experience!

I had the pleasure of dining with my 11 and 14 year old kids at this amazing restaurant and I must say, it was a culinary experience unlike any other. My son, in particular, was blown away by the pizza and even went as far as saying it was the best pizza he has ever had in his life! The cheese was incredibly fresh and had a stretchy texture that was simply irresistible. In addition, the crust was outstandingly good and my kids devoured it in its entirety - a rare occurrence indeed.

My daughter had the same reaction and echoed her brother's sentiments, which only further emphasized how exceptional the food is here. As for myself, I decided to try the calzone and was immediately transported to Italy with its amazing seasoning and the experience of dipping it in the fresh sauce. I could tell that the chef put a lot of effort into the dish and it really showed in the flavor and presentation.

The restaurant itself is small and cozy, making it the perfect setting for a relaxing and enjoyable dining experience. The staff, specifically Alex & Kas, were incredibly attentive and made sure our waters were always full while checking in on us frequently. We even had the pleasure of meeting the chef, Eloy, who personally thanked us for our visit - a nice touch that really made us feel welcomed and appreciated.

Additionally, my daughter was thrilled to recognize every single song that played on the speakers while we ate. It was clear that the staff and regular customers were like family as they greeted each other by name and engaged in friendly conversation. My sis and I were looking for pizza and Fratelli’s popped up in our search. So we decided to stop by and try it. The guy at the cash register was patient while we figured out what we wanted and after we ordered (an Xtra Large pizza — half supreme and half meat lovers) we sat down to wait. While waiting they asked if we’d like to try a slice of their veggie pizza. One word: Delish!!!!! The crust was baked to perfect, not soggy and not too hard to chew. The vegetables (pineapple, mushrooms, tomatoes, bell peppers, etc.) were fresh and cooked just right. Best veggie pizza I’ve ever had. When we got home we tried the pizza. Everyone loved it!!! My wife and I were looking for a quick late night dinner. We found Fratelli’s and decided to give it a try. Boy we’re we glad we did. It was down right delicious. The staff were friendly and accommodating with our newborn in his car seat as well. Small dine in space but didn’t feel crowded either.

The food…The food is fantastic. Nothing was too heavy and everything was well balanced. Never did I have one bite I felt gross like I do with other pizza places. The crust was perfectly airy and yet crispy. Honestly the best pizza I ever had the pleasure of enjoying.

This little establishment is the real deal. I advise everyone to try this little mom and pop shop.
