definitely not a small town jeweler like I was hoping. Went in for a simple solder on a jump ring for a charm. Initial fee was going to be $22 but I needed it for the next day because we were leaving town on a once in a lifetime trip and they were going to charge me double. All I was literally needing was a dot of silver on a jump ring so the charm would not fall off the chain. Silver solder usually cost about $16. The young lady behind the counter was short and not very warm at all. I was really hoping this would be a small town type of jeweler that really just don’t exist anymore. I miss personable jewelers who actually tried to help. I also had an entire bag of other jewelry I needed repaired and told her that, but was not needing a rush on those. Already from walking in this shop deserves a glowing review. Yal our local businesses are suffering. Texas used to stand strong on supporting places like this. Not only is it local and saving you the long drive, they are incredibly friendly, personable, kind, and AFFORDABLE. I was so nervous because it’s hard enough sometimes to afford lasting jewelers let alone the cost of repair but it had to be done. I was stunned with the cost and care.
