Got the breakfast special and added an extra order of toast à la cart which would’ve been $2.50 more. She charged me $13.50. Two eggs, toast, home fries, and bacon was $10. That’s the special and I have ordered it since my first visit. This first time I received not the best service and I’m there a few times a month. That’s why I gave the one star for service. How to put a receipt together correctly, that’s basically stealing money out of my pocket. So beware. I really didn’t feel like saying anything to her because she didn’t bring me my second order of toast right away. Then when she told the girl in the back cooking about the extra order of toast, the girl in the back was questioning her and she said well I didn’t know. But she wrote it down on my receipt very clearly as she was taking my order. Then I read the receipt upside down in her hand when I ordered my breakfast and it said toast. About the cook, just do what the hell you’re told.
Update: I went back 11 months later to eat again. Dana recognized me immediately as the one who left the review. I expressed that I did NOT accuse her of taking the extra dollar as it was written on receipt. They changed almost all menu prices by $1.00 after the egg pandemic. She did not have time that morning to change the entire menu price tags due to them all being hand written on board on wall. She did not tell me of the extra $1.00 on my special purely by human error. It was that simple. They have since updated all prices and Dana and I got married five weeks after she explained the $1.00 up charge. I apologize to the ignorant ones that would take my original review as a personal affront to Dana and her stealing a dollar. You can clearly see I wrote how the dollar WAS added on the recount not told to me for someone...
Read moreGreat food! Simple but delicious. The price is right, too. They had a breakfast special that came with two eggs, toast, potatoes, meat, and coffee for only 10 bucks.
The eggs were cooked just the way I like them, the hash browns were some of the best I've tasted, and everything else tasted great, too.
Me and my girlfriend split a French Toast and it was really good, too. So far I'm really satisfied with everything I've tasted.
Service was decent. Everyone was friendly and attentive. Only negative I can think of is that it took a bit longer than I expected for our server to come over for our drink orders, but they were also busy at the time so it's understandable.
The atmosphere was understated but nice. At first glance I felt like it was just a basic diner with booths and tables, but after we were seated, I noticed the interesting art and decor on the ceilings and walls that gave it a bit more of a unique feel. I would call it simultaneously charming yet stylish.
Overall, while it's not the most impressive restaurant, it's a great little place to get some breakfast. Stop in if you're...

This has to be one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had.
When we walk in the waitress tells us to sit anywhere. There's a two person table up front so we begin to sit there. She tells us we can't sit there might have a large group come in.
Whatever. So our next choice is to sit at the counter. All the chairs are touching so it's a pain to sit.
Next challenge is ordering food. I ask for a menu when one isn't forthcoming. (The waitress at this point is trying very hard not to laugh.) There are no menus.
The menu is on the wall up front and now that we are seated it's out of sight.
Once the chore of ordering was done the challenge to get a glass of water arose.
The food in a word “Denny's”.
Go to Denny's instead, you'll get...
