Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Liberty Township

I received my pizza order and both pizzas were wrong! Called the Youngstown,OH location and spoke to Jessica I explained to her about the issues with both pizzas and she stated that she would make new ones was also said it would be an hour wait. Over an hour later, I received the two new pizzas and the order was STILL WRONG on one because it had mushrooms on it that I did not order and the second pizza was HALF-COOKED and you could even see that the cheese was not fully melted. I called back and the same girl that answered the first time Jessica who also said she was the manger, re-made the pizzas and got them wrong again…and your the manager?! She offered again to make new pizzas and I said no because she clearly did not care about our order. The pizza box was wet and extremely greasy. My mom’s pizza was cold. So, we ended up putting the pizzas in the oven. Heating her pizza up, and finish cooking my raw pizza. She offered me a store credit for another pizza. Her attitude was very nonchalant and condescending. I wanted my money back. Because there is no way! I WILL NEVER BUY PIZZA FROM THAT LOCATION AGAIN! Not even gonna use the credit. The only person that I’ll give a good review for is the driver he was nice and polite. Still, my overall experience was terrible! Check out the pictures of the greasy pizza box that was brought to me with the extremely greasy half cooked pizza. It was so greasy that it soaked the pizza box they delivered it to me in. The other image are the half cooked pieces that I have sat on foil and put in my oven to finish cooking it. Of all my years of pizza deliveries, this was the worst pizza I’ve...

Its a chain fast food pizza place! I think people need to grasp that concept first and with that being said and fully understood...and having Celiac disease ..and being so sensitive to any trace of gluten...this is the only food I eat that I don't prepare/ cook myself! I've been eating it the entire time I've been gluten free! I've been gluten free 6 years and I braved it my first time about 5 years ago and we've been eating it (gluten free pizza) at least 3-4x a month. It's always delicious! And ppl say the price is too high ...but this is America...try to buy ur own gf crust and toppings at the store...homemade pizza is bomb yeah, but....this is Dominos! I'll pay $13 n some change for a dominos party in my mouth any day of the week! It's like a break from the mundane gf universe. They warn it's not for celiacs but I've never had any problems! Thank you to the team at Dominos for that! In a mixed kitchen that's not easy! Especially so many times. The delivery people are always super nice! The ppl that answer the phone do so with great customer interaction even tho u can hear they're out of breath! And should something go wrong they have insurance so they replace ur order. What more can u ask for from a chain pizza joint?! And they're open on Christmas!!! 😭😭...

Fantastic pizza, I hadn’t tried dominos on Belmont before so it was definitely a great experience, it use to be that dominos didn’t deliver around here, Pizza Hut and Coccas were definitely good but I’m glad we finally have a dominos to add to the selection, the delivery driver David, was fantastic very kind and prompt, sometimes I have to wait for over an hour for Pizza Hut and it’s just a little further down the road, all together it took less than half an hour, everything is very well made, the pizza I ordered was the philly steak pizza and it’s really good, it tastes almost like the Marcos pizza ohilly steak pizza but better. The lava cakes which I was amassed they even had were really good, a nice coating of powdered sugar and gooey chocolate center. If you’re looking for a place they has better deals than the rest of the places on the strip, check out this dominos they actually taste...
