Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Liberty Township

We order here often because they are quick. The order used to be right every time, it was usually someone named louise or something close to that that always started prepping our order. And the last two times we’ve ordered its been someone else. And its been completely wrong two times in a row. The first time one pizza was the wrong size, and the other pizza was the wrong toppings. I called back and the girl who answered, (Lauren, i think) was extremely rude and acted like i was trying to scam a free pizza or something. The whole pizza ended up going in the trash after sitting in the fridge for two days untouched. She did give me a $13 dollar credit. But we still had to pay for delivery again on the next order. Oh well mistakes happen. Then we decided to order again tonight and again, we got the wrong toppings. The specialty pizza had the extra toppings that our 2nd pizza was supposed to have and our second pizza and the extra toppings our specialty pizza was supposed to have. So basically just completely backwards. We ate it anyways, unlike the first time. But I called to tell them the order was wrong again, and that I didn’t want a credit or a replacement because we still ate it, but instead just talk to staff about reading the screens more carefully. And again the girl who answered was rude. I didn’t get her name though, I dont care, im over it. Only reason i gave 2 stars instead of one is because the delivery drivers are always so quick, and very friendly. But i guess Ill just stick with larosas 🤷🏻‍♀️. Takes longer, but we at least get what we...

Vegetarians beware. I order pizza nearly every Friday. After moving, this location is now the location that delivers to us. I'm trying to recall in the past, before getting our pizza from this location, whether or not we would accidentally get meat in our toppings, and honestly, I don't recall this ever happening. But this has happened now, not once, not twice, but three or four times...in less than a year. Tonight I finally decided to call, because, well, it's frustrating. We're vegetarian. We don't eat meat. Meat can make us sick at this point, so not cool. What's really not cool? Their response. Basically, after I explained the issue the person on the phone told me "sorry, not sorry." You see, they have a open toppings bar and...Apparently, it's inevitable that meat is going to end up sprinkled into the other toppings.

I'm not sure what I really wanted I guess. I mean, I don't want another pizza...it's too late for that. But I mean, I just feel like that's lame. Again, I've been ordering pizza from Dominos for years and never had issue with meat accidentally ending up in my pizza. People don't eat meat for a variety of reasons - health, values, religion. Perhaps this location should rethink their setup if it's happening so often. I also just wonder about the sanitary nature of things...if meat is in the vegetables regularly...is that clean? We threw the whole pizza away because we couldn't be sure.

well..ordered three sandwiches and pizza..arrived quick for friday night..seemed too quick..it was..one sandwich totally messed up..ordered with NO onions or pickles..LOADED with them..mushroom delight?..very little delight..drizzle of sauce at best..matter fact very little sauce on each..NOT normal for this location..not been best lately really..when called..the person on phone was slow..unresponsive..do we want a redo?..well yes..we PLANNED on eating..it is why we ordered..he acted as if really did not give damn..they made the two sandwiches again..took while to re-arrive..don't care as long as it two sandwiches were right..offered to give screw up ones back..did not take them..will rethink before...
