The perfect example of flushing your Marketing dollars right down the toilet. I saw an ad as I was watching the Bengals game, so I decided to order a pizza from this location. When I called the person answering, the phone was not able to understand my address, so she had to give the phone to somebody else. I tried to place my order, and the person that originally answer the phone came back to get the card info to pay. She could not understand the credit card numbers, so she handed it back to the other person again. Meanwhile, both of them decided to take six minutes and wait on somebody else In the middle of my order.
The original woman who answered the phone and could not get the numbers right on anything, then gets back on the phone for a third time and asked me to provide her my credit card information again. Again, she was unable to understand what I was telling her. I’ve been going to this location for 15 years. It is not worth the hassle and spending 15 minutes trying to put an order in over and over again because the place is run so poorly. There are six other pizza places literally within a half mile or less.
It just goes to show you, that you can have amazing marketing That drives people to your location, but poor service can negate those results quickly And lose long-term...
Read moreI really like donatos beef mariachi Pizza. I ordered 2 large pizzas 1 mariachi with 1/2 Beef 1/2 chicken. I cannot eat the chicken. They cover almost the entire pizza with chicken and barely put any beef. I also asked them to add extra beef and it didn't have much at all. I called to tell them and he basically said it's because of the weight of the chicken and said he couldn't do anything except give me a credit for the extra beef which I'm guessing would be $2.00. The large mariachi Pizza was $20.49 and the other large Pizza was $16.39. So I am not satisfied with that at all. With the prices they charge these pizzas should be made the way they are ordered I told him it has happened before that was why I specifically asked for extra beef. I just feel like he could've at least offered to replace it with a small beef mariachi or something. 1/4 of the pizza had a little bit of beef on it. And I honestly don't complain very often and for him to act that way kind of irritated me. He literally acknowledged why it was happening so obviously I'm not the first person to have this happen. Read moreOrdered an online order was suppose to be delivered in 15 to 20 mins after it being another 20 mins (so 40 mins) I call up there to find out what's going on and was told there was an issue with the deliver they couldn't find my location! Well for one why wasn't I contacted? Was no one gonna give me a call to tell me it was delayed? I asked when it was gonna be here and if they would take anything off because at this point it was already double the time it was suppose to be! I was told they would take off 6 dollars which is half the order and that it would be here in 10 mins! 30 mins go by and he finally shows up! Said the total pride gave him a $20 now mind you after they took off the 6 my total was 6 dollars! This guy takes the money and says thank you and goes to start handing the food and says oh we're you wanting change? Umm of course I was wanting my change back cause I surely wasn't tipping you 14 dollars for my pizza being and an hour and a half late!!!!! Not to mention I had to microwave the pizza just to eat it!!! Not happy at all! Won't be ordering...
