Great idea, clean environment, but poorly executed. We went for the dueling pianos on a Friday night. We got seated quickly at about 5:45, in time for one round before happy hour was over at 6. We sat for 10 minutes and nobody even made eye contact with us, despite efforts. We finally flagged down a manager and asked if he could find a server so that we could order drinks and apps before happy hour was over. He said he'd send someone right over. 10 minutes later we placed our drink/app order and we asked if we'd still get happy hour pricing the server said sorry, it's 6:05. We explained we'd been waiting and even said we asked a manager to send a server over, she did get that adjusted on our bill, but ultimately we shouldn't have had to wait 20 min before placing an order.

An hour later we hadn't seen our server again since she brought our drinks and took our dinner order. We didn't even have our appetizers. We weren't in a rush and the music was starting, but we again had to flag somebody down to find out server for drinks and our food. The apps came out about an hour and 15 minutes after ordering and our food about 2 minutes after the appetizers. All the food was cold. The sliders were actually chicken nuggets on a bun. The flatbreads were so soggy you couldnt even pick it up by the slice. One person ordered a salad with his dinner and it never came (and wasn't on the bill). We ordered two Budweiser bottles and got one bud light...the list goes on and on. Having been a server before, I know sometimes things get turned upside down. The key is often just acknowledging it....our server didn't even seem to recognize anything was not as it should be.

The dueling pianos weren't actually dueling..they just sort of took turns playing songs and was not the fun interactive environment of a dueling piano bar. They were not even on key, and every song sounded oddly exactly the same....pitchy and off key.

After chasing down our server for our check and paying (which took another 35 minutes) we decided to go play games. Half weren't working, the ones that were didn't score correctly (not adding points when a ball went into the hoop, etc). The games lasted for mere seconds in some cases. We bought some candy with our tickets and it was laughably stale. We still had fun but ultimately I don't think this place will last long in it's present state.

I normally love places like this. I genuinely hope the wait staff and kitchen staff can pull themselves together, the games can get fixed, and maybe some better entertainment can be found. We won't be back, but the location is good, and the environment could be fun. The biggest plus was that after laughing so hard at the awfulness of it all, we walked over to agave and rye for a margarita and laughed even harder at the preposterousness of the...

My family, 10 of us, went on Sunday evening to celebrate 2 birthdays. We got there around 6:30pm. Our waitress said that she was fairly new. She took drink orders and we ordered an appetizer first. After 15 minutes we had to find her to ask about the app. She apologized it was forgotten to be ordered. The giant pretzel came out as pretzel bites. We were later advised that they were out of the giant pretzels. We then started to order dinner. Most of us wanted wings. After the 3rd order she advised she needed to see how long the wings would be. She came back and advised they would be over an hour. At which point we asked to see the manager. He came over and apologized stating the night crew didn't prep enough wings for the next day. Long story short he did comp our meals. Not something we were looking for. However, the kitchen must have been run with one cook. Most of us then ordered burgers. However, the pizza came out first and then all the meals came out here and there over about a 20 minute span. The rest of the family may go back again but it's doubtful the wife and I will go back. And be prepared to drop a small...

What a terrible experience, if only I could leave no stars. We came for my friend's birthday, party of 8 for the Dueling Pianos Dec 8th. The Dueling Pianos performers were initially laughably bad, but they proceeded to be off key, screech, and then insult the crowd "from the suburbs" making repeated comments about taking their shirts off, asking guests to take their shirts off, and vasectomies - at 6:30PM ? at a family restaurant. There was no clever back and forth of the two pianos - only insults and the poorest performance I've ever experienced. The entertainment was not only unbearable, it was incredibly loud. Our food order arrived incorrectly, and in very delayed stages. Most of our food orders arrived incorrectly; the kitchen made substitutions without checking. They were out of mac and cheese - no substitution for that - just missing. There was no chance of being heard or I would have spoken with the manager on duty. I handed him a written note with my name and phone number. I wonder if I will be contacted. Keep reading the reviews below, and note the review of employee who was harassed...

First time here, I absolutely love it, tho I may not have had the extra finances for games, I ordered a pizza and a tea at In the game waiting on my favorite YouTubers to arrive. The pizza was super amazing it was juicy and not dry like some other places, the tea was freshly made, everyone is and was so nice and helpful and made me feel welcomed. Thank you to manager Chris Shuttleworth for also speaking with me and making sure I was doing good. When I get more money for games I will most definitely be coming back as well as trying a bunch of other yummy foods and drinks. I most definitely encourage anyone and everyone looking for an awesome atmosphere and fun place to be to go check them out their prices were awesome in my opinion

Good food, clean place, fun games, cool prizes, great staff, liquor and big TVs. What more do you need? I’ve been here 2x since they opened a month ago. Daytime drinking is something I don’t mind doing when I’m not working and I guess that’s how they hook you. 😅The daytime drinks are better than the evening lol. This sounds so bad but I’m not mad at that because I don’t condone drinking and driving. So a drink when you get there and add food and a hour of play I think is sufficient.
