Ok so I am a loyal customer of Dunkin' Donuts I am there at least twice a day just for myself not including when all my co workers want coffee. I make them money and they should be thanking me for it actually. I must spend $100 a week just for myself. I usually go to the Erie location in Hamilton. I can’t tell you how many times they’re out of product, speakers down, ovens are down etc. Today I go as I normally do they are out of almond milk!!! I only drink my iced coffee with almond milk. I buy my husbands coffee and my kids donuts and head 3 miles up to the liberty location where I order my drink because I won’t drink it any other way. I am interrupted while ordering several times, I’m charged $1 for almond milk when it’s literally $1.99 to buy a whole carton at Kroger’s . The most I’m charged is .50c and that’s fine, but $1 specially when I just had to drive because your other location was out and this is employee who is district manager of these two locations , I tell her you were out of almond milk so I just drove here to get my drink. I paid it and left , but it didn’t sit right with me because she was so rude. I called her back and said when did the almond milk go up to $1 she says well it’s by portion, and it gets better , she says think how many times you’ve brought your coffee back and we’ve had to remake them lol like that’s my fault!!!! I couldn’t believe she said that . I work in a restaurant I know the struggles, but this was unbelievable.... this franchise really needs looked into. I never say anything. But I can’t even tell you how many times I’ve had to go buy my own almond milk and put it in myself because they’re out. I really need to detox from dunkin coffee and take my business...
Read moreLet me start this by saying I absolutely LOVE Dunkin’ Donuts. This location is so incredibly convenient and usually pretty quick, so I really gave it a lot of tries. The service is pretty much 50/50–you never know what you’re going to get. Sometimes I’ll go there and have no problems and sometimes I will go there and not even get the right order. It started as the wrong size drinks or mixing glazed munchkins into a bag of what’s supposed to be only chocolate. That escalated to never having any breakfast sandwiches or munchkins at all when I went. After a few times of the oven being broken or them being out of everything, I gave up on asking for anything but coffee. The final straw was when I sat in line for ten minutes, pulled up to the window to see the woman on her phone, and then I was charged twice for my order. I didn’t bother going in to confront this because I really had to get to an appointment. I was so disappointed because this place is so close and has pretty tasty food/coffee. I hope they do fix the issues soon but until then, I will...
Read moreThe past few times I’ve been here, an excuse to make my Frozen Coffee has been “The machine is broken!” Which is fine, however the attitude that’s always presented with the statement is unnecessary. To top these lovely visits, tonight my boyfriend and I stopped by to try our luck to get two Frozen Carmel Coffee’s; which typically come with whip cream and the Carmel drizzle, so we get to the window and she hands us our coffee (with no toppings) we asked for the whip cream and Carmel that should be on them, the girl who was cashier at the time proceeded to seem aggatated that we’d asked for that and shut the window hard, she then came back to tell us we can’t have the Carmel sauce because they’re cleaning the bottles that they use for that, and then charged us another couple of dollars for the toppings that we didn’t receive on our coffee. It’s honestly always something at this location, please get new employees and make this Dunk’n as respectful and managed as all the...
