Let me first say I come to this location everyday after work between 1:30-2:00 & have always order a grande mocha frappe - no whip. Have also worked in customer service for 35 years so I know it can b stressful however the below is totally unacceptable. Ordered same thing today & had to wait unusually long. When the girl who was working window today, new girl, brought drink to me it was almost jet black looking. Told her that was not what I ordered & she said she added extra mocha , which I did not request, & she asked if I wanted it remade. I said yes pls. The second one came out looking the same. I was just gonna take it but noticed there were cooks crumbles on top so I went in the store to let them know that this is not what I ordered & as I was standing at the counter the girl working the window was complaining to her coworkers about me & what she had to do. I spoke up & told her/them I am literally standing right here & heard every single thing she just said, she then looked down at the floor & turned around. I was told by another coworker that they had some new trainees & to please b patient. I stated I was that is why I came in after the second one was still not made correctly. She then proceeded to have an attitude because they had to remake again. They r to make what the customer orders & not add anything extra to try and b fancy. I don’t appreciate the fact that they were giving me attitude when all I did was come in to explain my drink was still not correct & also walked in & caught this new employee talking smack about what had just happened. I have NEVER had any issues at this location b4. Read moreVery unprofessional, Charlotte, that works out. The window well refuses to give you a full cup of your coffee that you pay for, I ordered a venti, and I got a Grande. Liquid an event cup with the rest whipped cream an air Due to their own policies, being that the milk comes with an ice espresso free I pay for the flavoring and the doppio espresso, And I order extra oat milk. She tells me she can't fill the cup to the rem. Like anyone else's drink, because she wants me to order a latte. Why I can't customize my iced espresso like their policy says. And why would I have to order a latte? I can't have that much caffeine. So I ordered 2 shots of D. Ecaf espresso? Why would I order a latte that comes with 3 shots of espresso? And all I want is two shots of espresso with extra oatmilk, not even giving me the option to pay the extra for the rest of the oatmek. That should be in my cup. Not that I should have to, but she just makes it and tells me that she will not fill it up, even if I did pay extra. Would she wasn't me the option, too! It's very frustrating. Read moreIm not sure the employees name that works at the drive thru window. Its a girl and she was there tonight New years Day 2022. Whoever she is , she has the best customer service. All of my drinks were wonderful. I had a pretty long order and probably an annoying one at that. She didnt act annoyed she helped me figure out what I wanted for my third drink (it was not for me and Im not much of a coffee drinker). The person it was for enjoyed it so much. This is the best starbucks I've been too. With great employees. Professional. Clean. Quick & friendly. I feel she deserves a raise or something that acknowledges her work ethic. I wish I knew her name. When I had told my boyfriend that I was very impressed with this starbucks and that I left this girl a good review he was very surprised!
