Starbucks — Restaurant in Liberty Township

Literally the worst service in any Starbucks that I’ve ever been to. I come here out of convenience because it’s in the grocery store. The employees have zero sense of urgency, there’s often more than one person behind the counter that isn’t even helping any guess. The amount of time it takes to get through one person‘s order is absolutely ridiculous. They are not friendly and they couldn’t care less how many people are in line. The place is a mess, I don’t know what training they go through but clearly they need more, and they need a manager on staff making sure that they’re actually getting customers through the line. I went to this Starbucks for the first time tonight and had a very pleasant experience! Funny thing is, it's just a few minutes from where I live (Liberty Center) but have never needed to go to this one. Liberty Center's closes early now due to COVID, so this was the other option.

The barista was extremely friendly and made sure she gave me exactly what I wanted. She asked me if I wanted the nitro brew in my cold brew. After explaining to me how potent it was with caffeine, I politely declined- but told her I'd be back when it's the morning 😂. She even gave me a sample of it. So creamy and smooth.

Merry Christmas... giant A-Holes. Drove 45 minutes on Christmas day (tradition) get there at 3:30pm to be told they will not take my order because they close AT 4PM. I sat in the parking lot and watched them service the entire drive thru that was wrapped around the building and a half mile down the road. I am a SERIOUS SB drinker, 4 to 5 drinks minimum DAILY.
