Amazing pet store with knowledgeable staff! I went there because I needed better dog food for my dog who has allergies. I researched different brands of food and went in prepared to buy what I thought was best for my dog. The owner was there and asked about my dogs allergy issues and ended up helping me find a different brand that was also cheaper. I would have been an easy, expensive sale but instead he cared about what my pet needs, not about making the biggest sale. Of course this place is not to be used in place of a vet, but they are so knowledgeable they can help find the best products for your dogs individual health needs. If your dog is healthy, they have what you want and need, and if your pet has some issues you need help with GO TALK TO THEM! They can help improve your dogs health. I can't say enough about them and send everyone I know to them. Their prices are reasonable and not expensive like you might expect from a specialty pet store. This place is the best place in Liberty Township/West Chester OH. I went in with a lot of questions regarding my 9 year old mini Schnauzer. She was extremely bloated like a little stuffed sausage and threw up every day for years. I changed food multiple times, asked the Vet multiple times which they had no idea why she was throwing up daily but insisted she needed to lose weight. Frustrated and aggravated with no answers and watch my doggie die slowly every day, I walked in to EarthWise Pet Store. Long story short, the very knowledgeable owner gave me some solid advice to switch my dog food to one with a probiotic formula, give my dog raw veggies, and give her fish Chub that they sell. My dog has lost the weight needed and has recovered back to the happy and healthy pup she once was. I have a very “active” 15 week old puppy. His breed requires frequent grooming. I called on the recommendation of a friend and asked a lot of questions. I expressed concern about him being afraid of baths, dryers, clippers- pretty much everything. When I handed him over, the groomer was SO friendly and kind. She said she would do a “puppy” cut and if my pup could handle it, she’d do a full groom. She educated me on the importance of bringing the puppy in at an early age so they can get used to everything. I must say she did a beautiful job. She was able to do just the puppy cut but it was better not to scare him. I will definitely be taking him there from now on- I believe they only do dogs up to a certain size, but they have a really nice pet wash you can use. Great...
