We were in on 2/25/2024, at approximately 4:03-4:05PM EST we observed the crew manager (was changing cash drawers and had store keys on his belt loop wearing a grey nike pullover hoodie) eating chips right off the hot plate in the back in plain view of all customers without even gloves on. Then he was chatting up about 3 employees laughing with them leaving the single line chef and 1 cashier on the serving counter even though there was a line out the door of customers, we were 7th in line when we entered and it took at least 20 minutes start serving us.
Additionally the single line chef was chewing bubble gum over everyone's food he was preparing while playing with it in his mouth with his tongue. Then of course we found two facial hairs in my bowl, my girlfriends was clean. I knew it wasn't mine because my beard hair is several colors, these strands were solid black.
Everyone seemed kindof high on marijuana just cause everything was disorganized, they worked with lack of any care or urgency. So much impairment so it was impacting their ability to serve customers with even a reasonable expectation. Not to mention the gross violations of State of Ohio food preparation health codes. I used to work fast food for over 3 years, I dont expect a restaurant level of service, but being gross and nasty without ANY care to serve customers especially for the higher price of chipotle is not acceptable.

It is strongly recommended that this establishment be avoided at all costs, as the staff has exhibited a lack of concern for customers and their orders. During my visit, I observed that the premises were in a state of disarray, with trash strewn about and unclean surfaces.
Despite having specifically ordered a veggie bowl with extra rice, I received only two measly scoops of rice, which appeared to be from a child's portion. I requested additional rice and even approached the supposed manager to rectify the situation. However, the individual who prepared my meal, who claimed to be the manager, only provided half a scoop of rice, displaying a poor attitude and behavior towards the customer.
To my surprise, the manager then proceeded to label my veggie bowl with the letter "C" which stands for chicken. When the cashier asked me if I had ordered a dine-in or take-out chicken bowl, I clarified that I had ordered a veggie bowl instead. The letter "C" had been added to my order intentionally so they could charge me more. No apology was offered, nor was the situation rectified.
The level of service and behavior exhibited by the staff at this establishment was, without a doubt, the worst I have ever experienced. I am left to wonder how individuals with such poor attitudes and manners can secure positions of employment in the service industry. No respect towards...
Read moreI work in marketing and hate giving negative reviews but there a few key things that this Chipotle in particular does that are very UNCOMMON. They always always only have one person working the line at a time. The other employees are either eating while some work or are doing minor tasks while the line is through the door. There’s seems to be no care for customer service. If you mention to them “you gave me one scoop and said that was double” they seem to take it personally when the reality is each portion is roughly 3 oz. If you give me 4 oz of a portion and tell me it’s double that’s not correct. If I am paying for any service I want it to be fully followed through. I’m unsure why but again none of the serving staff seem to care about you the customer. Lastly and most importantly is they are always out of some food: fajitas, lettuce, etc. and there seems to be no demand to prepare the stock as if people won’t ask for it. Again I don’t like negative reviews but I have consistently gone to this chipotle almost once a week for a year and the customer service has gradually declined more and more.
