Tried ordering ice cream for me and the kids. The child working behind the counter really had a hard time with simple orders. We ended up taking what she gave us, which was half of what we ordered (2 people ordered very basic two scoop cups) and with the wrong order. This was after ordering 3 times. I know your thinking it must have been complicated, it wasn't. She just didn't get the concept of two different flavors in the same cup. Anyway, I'm sure it's a great place but we spent over 50 bucks on candy and ice cream and didn't get what we wanted, just took what we got, and sorry, that only happens when you let children run...

Very clean ice cream parlor, it’s a very retro 1950’s/1960’s looking ice cream parlor with some modern decor and upgrades here and there, very allergy friendly, if you have a kid with a bad nut allergy, I heavily recommend this place, they have a special allergy scooper to prevent cross contamination, employees were very friendly, the ice cream is a little pricey but you’re paying for the good quality and service, also they serve homers ice cream so do business with them if you like homers ice cream, also as someone who’s into the vintage/rockabilly/greaser culture this is a great place to hang out if you like vintage looking ice...

We've been waiting for an ice cream place to go into downtown Libertyville for ages. Based on the pricing and how friendly the staff was, we'll definitely go back. The only downside for us was the ice cream itself. There were lots of flavors to choose from, but the three we had were lacking in the respective, advertised flavors.
