JoJo & Me Salon + Boutique — Local services in Libertyville

I don't usually write reviews yet ..... I was in the area doing business with my boss. Came in to check out Jojo's items and could not believe the attitude my boss and I experienced. We could not have been nicer, that being said it seemed as if the more cordial we became, was the more rude she became. If it wasn't for the cute items, we would have walked out and not spent a dime. It's a shame as she being a business professional should have embraced the fact that two successful women in business were willing to make the journey to her store in a storm. I hope reading this, she takes my review serious for the next possible out if town visitor. It's sad, but we will not return.

I started coming to Jojo and Me Salon when I was a little girl with my mom, and now I’m a junior in college, and Roxanne is still the only stylist I will ever go to. No matter how busy things get, I always make it a priority to come see her whenever I’m home on breaks. I trust her explicitly with my hair, and know she will always do the most amazing job whether its a highlight, a trim, or a big cut. The service is consistent, and the blow dry at the end is red carpet worthy. Additionally, there is the added bonus that every appointment is fun. This is the only place I’ll ever get my hair done, and I’m so lucky my mom found her all...

I have been going to Roxanne for my haircuts and coloring for about 27 years. I struggled to find someone who really knew how to cut my hair and when I found Roxanne-I hit the jackpot. Not only is she a genius at cutting but does an outstanding job on my highlights as well. Roxanne will listen to what you want but will advise if it’s the wrong length or texture for your hair and face. I trust her judgment explicitly and she has never led me wrong. She is professional, punctual and fun to be around. I enjoy my time in her salon and it doesn’t hurt that she has a great boutique as well. Highly...
