Was just here from 358pm-4:08pm. Came in behind another gentleman and waited roughly 47 seconds-1min. The guy in front of me was waiting longer. The two girls were to busy in the back sitting down talking away, not paying attention to anything at the front. Gentleman was polite and said excuse me and hello....no answer. So I yelled. "Anybody working here?" He looked at me and said no, because they were to busy talking instead. A few more moments went by and eventually the girl the the pink sweater peeked out and came out. Didn't say anything. The second girl dressed in black with multiple ear piercings came out with a bitchy disgusting look on her face like she was going to tell us off. But didn't. She also didn't acknowledge us or greet us. No apologies for the wait. I couldn't help myself I just smiled and waved, and was trying hard not to laugh at her ugly face she was making. Took the guys order. Then went about her business ignoring me, changing pans on the line. No eye contact. Again not speaking to me. Pink sweater stepped up to take my order then. Sadly the girl in black round robin back to the line and asked what veggies I stated to make it as is, but add cucumbers. (Number 18) The lettuce was changed out and dark brown slimy lettuce was added to my sandwich, no cucumber. I didn't say anything as I can see it on top surely they would pick it out. Nope. I paid 11.00++ change for a disgusting tasting sandwich. The ranch was too warm and smelled. The quality and product needs to be checked. Leadership is lacking, expectations are lacking. I have worked as a Restaurant Manager for 18 years. But what got me was the quality of service. Everything else could be fixed. No name tags, no idea who served , but I'll never forget the stank face...
Read moreWell, my experience last night may have sealed the deal for me--at least at this Subway. I bought a BOGO off the app and it worked pretty well. The price was right but I couldn't see any way to add or take away items I couldn't eat. So I suffered through a sandwich I had to remove items I cannot eat-cucumber & onions. The sub also had no condiments on it. I like a sprinkle of salt plus oil and vinegar.
But I thought since the price was right I'd order another BOGO off the app for my other grandson.
Surprise, surprise!! I was charged full price!! Well, I was not really that impressed with the sandwich in the first place but since it was supposed to be BOGO, I thought why not.
When my grandson got back to the car, I saw the price was twice what it was supposed to be. I had him take it back in. He had his grandpa go in with him. The girl at the counter first said, well you've already paid for it and there's nothing I can do.
I called her from my car, (I'm disabled & don't walk very well). I told her I was pretty upset. She basically said very rudely, too bad, there's nothing we can do here about how the app charges. I can't refund or hobie the BOGO. Call the manager.
So I did call the manager. Although she was very nice, she said the same thing. We can't do anything about the app. Try calling corporate. So, I have. I'm waiting...
Read moreCame in for dinner tonight and it didn’t take long to regret that decision. 2 young girls working and both acted like we asked for their kidneys instead of sandwiches. Terrible customer service and zero people skills. The first girl you could hardly hear and we had to ask her a couple of times to repeat herself which again acted like it was life altering to do her job. Most of the veggies didn’t look fresh so not a huge variety to choose from. The worst part about the whole experience though is that while the girl was making my sandwich a fly landed in it and I watched her take a knife, scrape it out, make eye contact with me then continue to wrap it up and charge us. Didn’t bother saying anything to her because I wasn’t in the mood for the dramatic eye roll but I won’t be returning. I’ll gladly cook my own dinner...
