I've stayed in hotels around the world in 25 countries this has to be one of most indifferent unprofessional motel I've seen. They have 3 washing machines and I asked to wash my laundry even offering $3 bucks a load to wash and they told me to walk down the road to the laundry mat and wash there. The carpet in the room looks like late 80's or 90s bed mattress is at least 20 plus years old. I've had better service in small little hotels in Vietnam Malaysia and the Philippines than I experience here for a fraction of the cost. One hotel even wash and folded my laundry while I was there and the room only cost me $8 bucks a night. The only positive thing I can say the internet works well and the swimming pool was quite refreshing. They have cereal.brewed coffee and bananas for breakfast. This is a $19.99 cent hotel a night not a $60.00 a night hotel though way over priced in my view. I run a hotel myself in the Philippines and I'd be disgraced and ashamed if I treated guests with such disregard and indifference. I treat each of my guests as extended family while there at my place

BED BUGS!!!!! (see photos for proof) I stayed in Room #109. Kept feeling something on me and at 0300 in the morning I finally just started pulling all the bedding off and found over 3 bed bugs. I had about 10 bites on me. It's frustrating as you have to go to the laundry mat and high temp dry everything for 30min to ensure you're not taking any with you. It's the only hotel in town and your better off going to Houston, Missouri (about 15min South) and renting a room there vs Licking. As others have pinted out, rooms are very dated, dirty, WiFi is limited and basic at best. I can live with all that but not BED BUGS. That's a deal breaker for anyone. This hotel used to be good way back in the day but it's now just Indian owned and switches hands every few years and no one takes care of it or has pride in it. Sad!

I was very disappointed. It appeared like there is only one person working/owning this motel, a male. When I entered the room my first thought is not bad great price for a small town. But then the toilet was not clean and had poop on it when I lifted at the lid, the carpet was not vacuumed that well, the mirror and pictures had stains on the glass, and then in the bathroom black mold up around the ceiling... The male worker was not very friendly. So disappointed because I wanted to make this and every now and then stop but I won't. Did not want to take a picture of the toilet, as this is enough.

We came to stay here on a reservation we made for our family. We confirmed this reservation 3 times. We drive from Reno NV to go to 6 flags for my son's birthday. We called ahead to ensure we could park at the hotel prior to check-in at 3pm. My husband and I physically went into the hotel when we parked and MJ (the woman my husband had been talking to for days days) said our cars (we drove 2 separate vehicles). My husband asked if was OK we checked in at 7pm instead of 3pm. She said that was OK and not to worry. When we arrived the night shift person had canceled our reservation (2 rooms) because we weren't here at 3pm for check in. She also told us that we had only booked 1 room. I have the reservation so she then said she would have the rooms cleaned. It is now 9:42pm and we still have no room. She had no information that we had left our cars "were she could see them on camera" so they wouldn't get towed. The woman at the counter continues to tell us hours later that "it will just be a few more minutes". I have a bunch of tired teenagers and a long drive tomorrow back to reno. Honestly I wish we would have left and went somewhere else. We didn't want to drive back to reno tired but it looks like that's exactly what is going to happen. The lady at the counter said "as a "curiosity" she'd give us a late check out of 1pm. WHAT THE H!!! I she almost didn't let us check in at all thank God I had the confirmation. We should have left and found another hotel. DO NOT SUBJECT YOURSELVES TO...

Absolutely disgusting. Do NOT stay here. Biggest horror show of a hotel or motel I’ve ever stayed at.

Arrived, having booked through Priceline, and the man working the front desk tried to get me to pay a second time. I had to literally argue with him that the money had already come out of my bank account. Finally he submitted, but this was a good omen of what was to come.

Get into the room, and it smells like somebody peed on the carpet. Just absolutely rank. Use the restroom, unroll a new toilet paper roll, and no less than TEN cockroaches fall out of it. Absolutely foul. So I go back to the desk and politely request a different room or a refund, as I refuse to deal with bugs. He initially refuses, trying to get me to stay in the room, claiming he’ll come in and “spray.” After arguing with him about why I don’t want to sleep in a room with a cockroach infestation, he finally submits and gives me a different room.

In this one, the AC is broken (it’s Missouri in the summertime, thus HOT), and there are spiders in the bathroom. At this point I was completely fed up. I go back to the desk and ask for a refund, which of course he rudely refuses.

I have had to stay at some horrendous hotels and motels in my day, but this one takes the cake as the very worst. Do NOT book here unless you want to deal with an absolutely vomit-inducing motel with a manager who simply doesn’t care about his customers. Cheap, but somehow still worth less than...

Rented room for more than a month while waiting for home to be finished to move in. Had two large dogs which are well trained and presented no issues. Rooms were adaquate even with the additional fee for dogs. The room was never left in poor condition, as a matter of fact was cleaned by me prior to leaving every day. Until the final day when the male management refused to treat me with respect and actually accused me of stealing my debit card as his machine reported card invalid. Even when I phoned the bank and had them on speaker, he insisted that there was something sketchy about the situation. My bank said that there was no issues with my card and no record of any motel trying to get paid. After hanging up with the bank and being rudley told that I was waisting his time. I told him I would be right back with his money. Went to atm and withdrew the funds without incident and returned to motel. Paid the man abruptly and expressed my disapproval in the manner in which I was treated. Must say the housekeepers and woman manager were accommodating my entire stay. Needless to say, we are...
