The Merry Table — Restaurant in Licking

This place is great. The building is certainly no frills but is a very clean family atmoshere and the food is consistently wonderful.

We found The Merry Table by accident and have never hesitated going back for more. We were looking for a place to eat after a river trip and found it online with good reviews so decided to give it a try. We have even ordered take out and picked it up while camping at Slabtown on the Big Piney a time or two.

Food is prepared fresh to order but you will only have to wait a short while for it to arrive. You will also have to wait for it to COOL DOWN. Everything is fresh and hot. You will never get a cold meal here unless it is something you order cold. All ingredients seem to be hand made, fresh, and high quality.

I really like the chicken parmesan pasta and have ordered it many times, always with consistent results. I have also been told the smash burger is one of the best anywhere so I plan to branch out and order that soon.

This is small family owned business and operated by the entire family, kids included. As a small business owner myself I would rather support their dream than a chain out along the main highway. The food and service are also much...

Tell your momma to wear a helmet 🪖 if you take her here to eat because it is quite literally “slap yo mama” good!!! I had a Gyro 🥙 and 🍟 fries and I have traveled all 50 states. I challenge anyone to find a better 🥙 Gyro! The hand cut fries were on point and crispy delishy.::It’s a family run place with a yummy and eclectic menu and when I say family run I mean all of the kids are here putting in work! The homemade ranch I had was straight 🔥 and made by their 15 YO son from scratch…yeah he’s a ranch baller! The building is very unassuming from the outside but don’t get it 🌪️ twisted if you are anywhere within an hour of this place passing through it’s your loss for not taking a short detour. Not sure how these folks with no restaurant experience are making food this good other than divine intervention and hard work and a heck of a great attitude! Can’t wait...

Nice little Restaurant. Lots of great Italian items on the menu. Sweet little family doing the restaurant thing together. I tried the Italian Smash burger with Parmesan Fries... So fresh. Patty was a beef/sausage patty and marinara was fresh with lots of flavor. If you have ever had black sheep's fries... These are just as good and right here at home crispy goodness. Might not look like a lot from the outside of the building, but trust me walk into The Merry Table and give them a try. You won't be disappointed. My friend had the Chicken Parmesan looked hand breaded, garlic bread Homemade. We didn't leave anything on our plates will be back...
