TCMH Family Clinic — Local services in Licking

The women at the front desk and nurses are great. Very friendly! However, I'm giving 1 star because of medical malpractice. I recieved a steroid shot in my hip for poison ivy rash. A month later I was back in the office because I had a huge hole at the injection site. The practitioner was not there so I was consulted by a fill in. She told me the hole was because the shot was not given properly and it was dissolving the fat and muscle causing the divot (large enough to fit the tips of four fingers to the first knuckle). She also told me that when administered in the arm a waiver must be signed because of the divot it may cause. I asked why I was not told of this before receiving the injection in my hip and she said it was neglegence on the practitioners behalf and usually the nurses are never told that...

TCMH has the Best, fastest service, honest rates, and professional care I've ever had at a clinic. I am not local, and visited because I noticed a rash while floating the big piney River. The front desk ladies were warm, pleasant, and responsive. Zoom! The nurse called me back before I even finished the paperwork. The Dr. Recognized my rash as shingles immediately, wrote me a script, and charged me fairly. Later at the pharmacy I found the prescription itself was a bit too expensive for 'out of pocket', so I simply called the clinic and they found an inexpensive prescription alternative, and sent that out to the pharmacy directly for me.
