I had a standing appointment for over a week on a alignment. talked to them a couple different times thru that time because I also had a set of new tires to be put on. The hole day goes by, I never receive a call that my pickup is done. I walk in the office the lady ask me, if she can help me. I say, yes I am here to pick my truck up if it is ready. She says to me, the tires are done, but not the alignment. 🙄🤔 Ok, I ask, was there a problem, she turns and looks at Ron Hale. He can even get the words out at first, all that he saysis I am the one that does the alignments around here, I just cant do it. I ask, ok, why? He then says to me, because you owe me money from when I had my body shop! Do you remember. I said, yeah I sure do. But you have been paid! I told you this over 10 years ago. and then had to remind him of the fact, that the girl he was sleeping with at the time that was 12-15 years younger then him was embezzling money from him, do you remember?? oh yeah, yeah dang, I wish I would have know that before hand.. So, I told Ron Hale what I thought of him. And I meant ever word. Also, To Mark Rinne, You advertise as satisfaction guaranteed, Then you allow this POS to not work on a customers vehicle because of a said story from 15 years ago!!?? I sure have a feeling that this was in the works before Friday, if so, wow, you all cut me deep. it just shows what kind of people you all really are. And Mark, to Chicken $h!@ to call me back. Well I highly recommend if you are looking for services....

Great location to go to for tires for pretty much any kind of vehicle. I picked up a set of tires for my Polaris 6x6 there and had them mounted. Wonderful customer service. I working with the service manager Kenny, great guy and very knowledgeable about his profession. Had rinnes put some Cooper tires on my Nissan. Super competitive pricing even with the online stores. They treated my truck like it was their own.
