Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Lilburn

Unfortunately this location has gone down hill for us in the last 12 months. It’s pretty sad because this is our closest neighborhood Dominoes! The last few times our delivery orders took 1-2 hours to receive, when I called the location they were not accommodating and all they could say is they have no control of online delivery times. I could understand if it was like super bowl, Friday/Sat prime time.. but nope! Just a regular day order that took forever! So for the sake of not disappointing the kids today I chose to pick up, should be eventless, right?! Yeah, not so much. Both of my pizzas were over cooked and burnt. I called to have one replaced as the kids were super hungry and decided they could deal with theirs. I felt like I was an inconvenience when I called and made to feel like since I ordered thin crust that was the expectation, burnt. I kindly explained that’s the kind we order all the time and it was surely over cooked. I walked in to exchange, was told oh you can just keep that one and when they saw it they said, yeah this is burnt. I thanked them and left, only to find the same well done burnt quality on the new one. I’m done, no one has time to argue and keep going back! Ugggh.. Management and service are trash. I placed an order online and one hour later I got a voicemail from the store saying that the driver called me and I never answered the phone (the driver never called) Then they told me to call the store if I wanted the guy to leave the food at my doorstep. I called the store and the same person who left the voicemail answered the phone, lied and told me that the food was already at my door. When I told him that the food wasn't there and that the driver didn't even bother to knock on the door to alert me that the food was going to be left outside his reply was ..."Somebody stole your food. Becuase my guy left it there for you" Then he raised his voice and hung up the phone. Extremely trash service. I would not ever recommend this place to anyone. I had to call my bank to dispute this transaction becuase I kept calling back to get a refund and they kept hanging up the phone. Food is fine. Staff doesn't follow correct procedures or protocols.

Driver went to the wrong house. Called to see where my order was, driver argued that he was at the right house (he wasn't). Confirmed I entered the correct delivery address. They brought the pizza back cold. I sent it back because I'm not spending $30 on 2 cold pizzas.

Manager offered to remake pizza (that's why they have 2 stars)

Is it the worst pizza place? No, but if you want consistent quality and service, maybe think twice before coming here.

What protocols do they not follow you might ask? no labels on pizza.
