I would not recommend spending hard earned money at a establishment that cannot treat their customers with respect. I went today I was a regular customer Untill today I ordered and noticed every time they try to skimp on the veggies for example they put 3 red tiny onions on the entire footlong I had to ask politely for extra of each veggie and then while checking out I am able to put my points on the card for the purchase I just made but when I asked to redeem some points for a cookie I was told there system does not work and there's nothing they can do which was funny because I was being served by the wife (manager) and the husband who is the owner.so what good is your reward system if customers can't redeem what they have earned. Another note on previous occasions they have never accepted coupons they will tell you what ever lie to get you out the door. This was not my fist bad experience here I've had a couple but I figured enough is enough im tired of being so nice hopefully someone will see this and spend there money with other companies that actually care about there services customers...
Read moreThe woman that worked today 12/12/2021 at 12:50pm was HORRIBLE. I am a constant customer, I always come in, I am a loyal customer. I just came in last week and got a meal with my coupons that came in the mail perfectly fine. Today I go in, I had a coupon that doesn’t expire until 12/31/21 and my coupon was buy a 6inch meal (chips & soda) get a 6inch free. The lady refused to even add my chips and soda and then tried scanning my coupon, telling me it was not working. She never even added what the coupon said, she didn’t even try, I went to go get more coupons that I had in my car and she still didn’t even try anything else. She is so lazy, she didn’t even ask for help from anyone else. I was just in there last week and the manager had no problem with the coupons. The woman had horrible customer service. Read moreI'd do zero stars if I could...Don't go here. They're janky. They tried to refuse to take my valid coupon because I didn't "show it to them before placing my order." (That doesn't even make sense!) Then, they tried to say that it had "already been scanned" (it had not, of course). I told them this, and then they scanned it again and, like magic, "It's valid." I've already contacted Subway's corporate offices about this. Something really fishy is going on over there...🤔😒
Update: Other than the auto-response I got when I filled out the customer service form online (11 days ago!), I haven't gotten ANY response from Subway's corporate. I just called the customer service number, and it says to go online to fill out the form that I ALREADY FILLED OUT. They don't care. Subway will never get my business again.
