Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Lilburn

The bald female working here is EXTREMELY RUDE for no reason. And after she was rude towards me for no reason of anything that I did to her, I eventually asked her for the manager’s name and she walked away and sends the manager to me who was also rude. The manager says her name is Erika, I didn’t catch the bald female’s name but I will find out tomorrow.

I started this review about to explain my unnecessary negative experience but after the manager (Erika) approached me with an attitude as well, I’ve decided to save the explanation of my experience for the corporate office instead.

The horrible customer service is why I stopped patronizing with this location. And the fact that I drove all the way to the next closest location to me but they had to close early due to running out of dough, which then, I came to this location sadly, (this location is much closer to me) , to be treated with such attitude and disrespect, is horrible for a paying customer as myself and made it even worse that I spent money here when I had already gone out of my way not to come to...

Horrendous service. Get Papa John's instead. I ordered via phone 20 minutes in advance, got there and it hadn't even been started. Standard pizzas, nothing too special. He made me pay for it first making me believe it was already done, and then I proceeded to wait in the store for 40 minutes. He asked me every 15 minutes to repeat to.him what I ordered while I sat there with my daughter. People coming in, ordering in person and leaving with their orders while I sat there. Then two teenagers came in and stole 4 sodas out of the fridge and walked out. I will NEVER again step foot in a Little Caesars. Papa John's is only a few bucks more and it's better and fresher pizza and always super fast. Just go somewhere else and save...

I was ordering pizzas for my class. However, I am unable to walk and when I noticed this Little Caesar's had a drive thru I was happy. When I pulled up the lady was rude from the moment she opened the window. I asked for two large pizzas one cheese one pepperoni. Instead of asking if that completed my order she was rushing to say my total. I asked what kind of 2 liter sodas they had in. She told me I had to come in to find out what sodas they had available. I could not believe how rude and inconsiderate she was, so unnecessary. Fortunately I was able to go to Race Trac down the street and they helped me get my sodas and carried it out to my car. THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Going over and beyond weather you like...
