DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOTTTTTTTT GET A CAR FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!! 4/10/25 I purchased a car from here. Packy was my sales person. I spoke with him several days prior. I initially went there for a Nissan svu. While test driving it, it was barely braking when I tried to stop. So I instantly knew I didnāt want that. I the test drive the 2014 Infiniti Q50. First thing he said was, āthe air runs goodā! Then when he lifted the hood I asked him about a whining noise. He said the belt was new, remind you the car is running! So I test drive but he avoided taking me on the interstate! I agreed to get the car because outside of that it ran good. I was sick for two weeks so i didnāt really drive the car until towards the end of April. I noticed after driving two days straight that I needed rotors and brakes. I called them and they wanted me to bring it in that following week, and I will have to pay for the brakes and rotors which should have been done prior to me purchasing the car. I decided to call my mechanic and I paid out-of-pocket for parts and labor $400 to have rotors And brakes replace. During this time, I noticed that my temperature gauge would fluctuate so me being scared to take it back to the dealership because they did not fix it properly from the beginning. I called my mechanic back again, and I had to replace the radiator and the radiator cap once I replaced that I noticed that the gauge was still going up and I started to run hot even with a new radiator so I called the dealership and I asked them if they could fix the car they told me yes they could, but I would have to pay for services which I refuse to do because they sold me a car that needed repairs. I called several times to speak with the manager Natalie and every time I call, they all come up with an excuse to say sheās either on the lot or sheās not there or sheās gone for the day or sheās just busy, but I have never gotten a chance to talk with the manager. I have tried to get payment extensions And they will not give me payment extensions because they say the car is so new under the contract, so I have scrambled for money to try to keep my car not paid on top of doing the repairs I called and I spoke with the sales person and he basically contradicted his self Stating that he checked the car out which I know he didnāt because I was cleaning out things from the previous owners out of the backseat of the car and also the drop down visor and he turned right around in the same breath and say as long as the motor and transmission is good, we can sell the car. He still tried to get me to bring the car to the dealership and told me I would have to pay out-of-pocket to have my services repaired. I have not had this car even 60 days and Iāve only drove it for about a little over 30 days. They refuse to give me a refund which I gave them $3500 down and I pay a car note every week And they refuse to repair my car unless I pay out of my pocket so all in all I have went in debt with this car because in less than 60 days, I have dished out over seven grand and almost half of that is in repairs. I now have to take the car to the dealership because itās not running And theyāre still wanting me to pay a card note. The only thing theyāre telling me is Iām sorry. I donāt care how desperate you may be please do not go to this place to get a car. They will miss you over and they do not care. Theyāre not willing to work with you. Theyāre all about taking your money, especially the men. Trust me when I say, I am not done with this case, it will be handled accordingly. And I still have to put money into the car because Itās going to the dealership where they can tell me everything that is wrong with the car that Georgia auto Gallery did not inform me on Also, the whining noise that was coming from the car was the actual belt, but I can see it because it was running and he stated that the belt was new and good so he lied and deceive me. Do not purchase from this dealership. Update: motor is bad and they refuse to assist me in any...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreCanāt find my first review but this is an update. Bought a 2014 Hyundai Sonata. Thought they were helpful. I had a feeling their ā50/50ā warranty was a little setupish due to you having to get it fixed at their in-house body shop and pay half. But we paid $2500 down with the CPI and literally 12 days later the engine locked up. I checked there was 0 oil in the car. No light or anything even came on until it could barely move off the road. They towed it to their shop where Arpitha the service manager said I had to pay 50% of the $5000 cost of parts and labor or pay $1500 for another car. Crazy. Luckily I called Hyundai gave them the vin and found out the car had been serviced for a recall for engine bearing failure which could lead to premature engine seizure and therefore had a lifetime extended warranty on the powertrain. I had to pay to get it towed to the dealership. Where it took 2 weeks to fix. I had to pay for a rental to get back and forth to work. Hyundai says they canāt guarantee they will reimburse me for the rental and towing but still asked for the invoices because itās a chance they would. I donāt really understand what that means but I do know in less than 30 days from buying from this place after spending $2500 on the down payment I had to spend $100 to get it towed and a another $900 on a rental to get to work. Before I could even get the car out of the shop Iām receiving calls from the dealership saying my bill is pass due and at risk of defaulting. Crazy. I paid $2500 and got their car fixed for them for free Iām now asking can I atleast switch this car out for another. Iām currently outside the building waiting for Arpitha to return and let me know if we can switch it. So far this experience has been very regrettable. If they donāt work with me I will be protesting in front of the property for a full 30 days. Itās not fair for dealerships like this to take advantage of young people. *update- The owner is liens his pants off frfr. No one assisted me in getting my car repaired. You guys told me it was 5000 to get another car or 2500 to fix it. I called Hyundai and found that the car had been serviced for a recall. Miss Arpita the service manager did nothing but be snarky and say how itās not yall problem because the car is in my name now. Since you guys think you can treat customers however AND LIE UNDER REVIEWS. I WILL BE UP THERE TO PROTEST YOUR BUSINESS FOR 30 DAYS MAYBE THEN YOULL TAKE THIS SERIOUS....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreReturning car...financed Nov. 2017-Mar. 2019 I DO NOT recommend this lot to anyone I have read into many of these reviews from Aug. 2018 until now. Truth is this place is not the place to buy a car from if you are looking for a long term car. When I first moved here I had to get a car immediately so I could make it to work. All I needed was a A-B car, to work and home. I knew coming to this lot I would be faced with issues, but in the back of my mind I knew this was a temporary car for myself. I got a 2009 Chevy Malibu LTZ with $1000 down payment. I ended up going into a contract to buy the car for a little over $13K. Immediately upside in the car since the car was truly worth about $2500 at that time. The car ran smooth for about 2 months, then BOOM!!!! I began to have engine overheating issues. When buying the car I was told they would do a 50/50 split in car repairs with me. I went to ask them to set me up to bring the car in for repair and was told no because I had 1 payment that was currently due. So of course I ended up going to an outside source to get this fixed. Next situation was when I paid my note (1 months payment) and the next morning I wake up to see my car was repossessed. Unacceptable!!! when I had already sent my payment in. I was told because they dont work on Sunday's, they didn't get that notice until the next morning. I still had to pay the repo fees to get the car back. Their payment system is one of the most inaccurate systems I have ever had to pay a bill on. It shows one price, but what you owe is different when you actually call in to speak with someone. I should never have to call in to figure out what is due or to make sure the charges showing online are correct, which they are never. I realized that this was the worst mistake I ever made. The cars they have are from auctions and come with previous problems that they have fixed for purposes of selling the car. Long story short, communication with this lot is terrible and customer service is beyond ridiculous. I DO NOT recommend this lot to anyone looking for a long term car to be in. If possible look into other options because this lot will only stress you out in the long run. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!! GO ELSEWHERE!!! SO MANY OTHER OPTIONS IN GA!!! Currently voluntarily surrendering this Chevy back to the dealer. WASTE OF...
