Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Lima

I have always liked Jimmy Johns. So when this location opened I was quite happy. Unfortunately, the three times I’ve tried them have all been bad.

The first time we went there, they gave us the completely wrong order. I figured mistakes happen, they had been busy, so I tried again. The second time they double charged me for the same sandwich. Which I would have probably thought was a simple mistake, except they only gave me the one sandwich I had ordered. So the third time, I tried at a much later time of day, thinking different staff, perhaps won’t have the same mistakes. Nope, the third time I received the wrong order again.

I am ashamed that I didn’t learn my lesson the first time they messed up. Save your money and don’t even bother with this location. It’s just not worth the headache. Do like I do and drive two more minutes and go to W.G. Grinders. They have better food anyway & their service has never given...

First off. The bacon, delightfully smoked flavor. Ice tea, not too sweet, good flavor. Interior, very dirty. The Little John's BLT, disgusting. Bread was hard on the outside, soggy in the inside. Asked for mayo, got mustard. I took the bacon out, rinsed it off in the sink and placed it in a hotdog bun with a squirt of mayo. Now that was tasty.

Also ordered a tuna sub, with mayo and pickles. The tuna? Can't tell you if the tuna was fresh or not. I received a veggie sub. Veggies, mustard, cheese, tomatoes, no tuna or pickles. Again soggy bread on the inside. Never will I eat from this establishment again. Nor will I try the one on Cable...

I placed an order today (6/18/20) at 10:30 am. I scheduled to have t delivered at 11:45 am. I had to call 3 times and I was told the order was out for delivery. When I called at 1:00 pm and my food still hadn't been delivered AND I missed my lunch time, the store Manager did refund my money, told me to keep the sandwiches, and offered free subs for a future order. The delivery driver finally showed up at 1:15pm with no drinks for the order and when I told him I cancelled the order the swooped up the bag of sandwiches and was out the door before I could tell him what the manager had said.
