Was going here to eat breakfast for a jv football game. Boy was we wrong about eating here. Let's just start off by saying we used the kiosk to order some of the food. I filled out a survey online to get a breakfast sandwich free with the purchase of one. We sat there for 20 minutes waiting on our food and watching people come in and go with there orders. A worker came up to use and told us it will be a few more minutes because the biscuits are cooking right. I mean how hard are they to cook??? Then 6 more minutes go by and she comes back and asks if we would like to get the muffins instead for the same price. I don't know but am I missing something because the muffins are cheaper than the biscuit so I guess that they should be free. They didn't offer to give us the money back for the difference between them. I told the lady "no thank you, could I just get my money back and the coupon so I can go to another place and use it?" She said we don't give you the money back and you can not have the coupon because you used it. I argued with the manager because if you don't have what I paid for then I should get the money back. After 10 more minutes she gave me back part of my money. I definitely would never go back to this place. The manager was rude and since when do you argue with a customer about giving money back when you no longer have the item? Just beware about good reviews as I was told by one of the associates that they have family of workers and friends who fill out good reviews for this...

Bag tossed on rhe carry out stand with no have a nice day, no verbal interaction pefiod tossed and walked away. I asked twice for help ignored me and two other workermen waiting too long in the lobby. Sevond gentlemen said must be all trainees left bg as it's taking. Nothing in ghe bag but food. No straws, napkins, carsup, sclt, pepper for fries. Total opposite of my last three visits. I had my wife seated in the dining room. Twenty minutes extra tume became tense 30 minutes. Crew was pretty loud, nothing like days when mgr had control. Not a pleasant time yo eat. I reached behind counter to get things, then she reacted, she actually took things out of my hands, said i cant have them. Never been treated like that in over fifety years Golden arches. Read moreSuch a terrible experience. After checking in to get a curbside order, we waited for 25 minutes. My wife went in to see what was going on. No employees bothered to acknowledge her. After while she spoke up and explained our order never came. After explaining to several employees we still haven’t gotten our order, nothing was done. I noticed other curbside customers waiting a long time and going inside. After waiting roughly 55 minutes, I went inside to see what was happening. There was a crowd of unhappy customers at the counter and no employees addressing them. I called back and asked for a manager in charge who only offered me a job application and I still never got my order. Others in the lobby had been waiting even longer than we were. I get short staffing is a concern, but this was a obvious case of mismanagement. The employees that were there were just following each other around. No one had any clear tasks or assignments.
