Taco Bell — Restaurant in Lima

Order was all messed up missing food , tacos not dressed right and the cashier was very rude about my food being messed up as if I messed it up myself rolled her eyes and said we are not fixing you food through the drive thru if you want your food fixed you can pull around if you like because we have people waiting on their food behind you i replied of course i don't want to pull around and got ready to pull off to go inside and she said something smart so at this point i said just give me my money back she mumbled and walk away someone called for the manager and once the manager came to the window the manager name was marsha she offered to fix my food but at this point i no longer want it because it has became a hostile situation and when I asked for the young lady name the manager proceeded to yell dont pick on her teenagers and they are just kids . I asked for my money back and she refused to give me my money and told me she could give me my new food . Why would I trust a manager to remake my food that is willing to make excuses for employees and their actions. This is why this new generation is the way they are no respect and adults like marsha making...

Although the service is great but as far as I'm concerned the food is not what I remember Taco Bell being in its Glory Days for those who have never eaten Taco Bell in the seventies and eighties you wouldn't know what I'm talking about the stuff you're eating today is all you know let's talk about but Taco Bell corporation knows what I'm talking about and why they changed their recipe or change their quality of food is beyond me they did this back in the 2000s when you got something good why change it just like the other fast food restaurants they all follow each other if one monkey jumps on the bandwagon they all jump on no wonder why I eat it none of them anymore cuz none of them...

Absolutely terrible experience. I will NEVER return there. Placed my order online to try to save time. HA! When I placed the order, I stated to walk in to pick up the order. When I arrived, there was a sign on the door that said, "Lobby Closed." At the drive thru, there was a line of cars that wrapped around the building and spilled into the road. I went in and just wanted to ask if I could pick up my online order. What a got was 2 buckets attitude and was told I had to use the drive thru. The food was cold because the drive thru literately took 35 minutes. Never again! And do not give me that COVID BS...
