Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Lima

This is the worst pizza I've ever received from Little Caesars.

Ordered an Extra Most Bestest, it may have had extra cheese, but very little pepperoni, certainly not extra, nor most bestest.

Also ordered a pretzel crust pepperoni with cheese sauce. Crust is burnt, pizza is not cut, heavy salt is all over the pizza, and there was so much butter all over it that it ruined my wife's t-shirt when it literally ran out of the box and all over her. Absolutely not edible.

Ordered on-line, pick up time 6:33 to 6:38. I waited until 6:45 and still no notification that is was ready. It said it went in the oven at 6:22. When i pulled up to the window and gave the girl my name and order number she looked it up and then i could hear the crew arguing in the background about the order.

It took another 5 minutes to get my drinks, EBM and breadsticks. Was told we were still waiting for the pretzel crust. Mind you it's now been over 30 minutes since it was marked as 'in the oven'. It took almost another 10 minutes to get the pretzel crust pizza.

If i could give 0 stars I would… worst experience I’ve ever had with a drive thru. I ordered an extra most bestest and crazy bread. Pizza was a standard pepperoni that had been sitting for probably 6 hours, has fingerprints in the pizza, and the crazy bread was straight dough. I live 15 minutes away so I called and asked for a refund. The lady on the phone was extremely rude and disrespectful, told me I have to bring the pizza back in and there better not be more than one slice gone… i said it’s not even edible, there’s no slices missing - but I am not driving another 30 minutes to come bring it back. She said to call back when her AGM gets out of the bathroom in 10 minutes “but I’ll get the same answer”. So I called back- tried to at least. I’ve been calling for 20 minutes and they picked up one time and hung up on me the minute i asked for the manager....

This is usually one of the best places to go to get some quick pizza I love it I love it I love it. However today wasn’t unusual experience we ordered it online paid for it online went to pick it up at the time it was supposed to be picked up was not ready waited and waited and waited in the parking lot after they said they would bring it out after 20 minutes of waiting in the parking lot I went inside where to employees said oh that should be done I said well no kidding after ordering it 45 minutes ago yes it should have been.
