Last night , We had the pleasure of dining again at this fairly new south indian restaurant “Aachi Biryani” in Royersford area. We visited this restaurant multiple Times in last few weeks. A wonderful restaurant with great experience that is worth sharing.!!

It is located right off Route 422 where you have the big block known for many other famous restaurants. The restaurant’s ambience is welcoming, and was perfect for our evening. The dine in has limited space , but did not matter to us as it is so relaxed in there. Plenty of parking available.

Now, let’s talk about the food, the actual topic of discussion. We craved for biryani from last couple of days and made our minds to visit this place. We ordered hyderabad style chicken biryani . The chicken with bone-in is perfectly “dhum”ed and blended well with the nice aroma of rice. It is very satiating the hunger. We thought to eat naan with veg curry. The staff suggested us to try their version of Veg chettinad . Indeed, it is so delicious that I Completed all my naan.

The chef enquired about our interests in dishes and suggested to try their Ambur chicken biryani , and graciously offered a good sample. It is a different version and also turned out to be very tasty. We all knew these 2 types are for 2 different biryani lovers. But, trust me , you do not get disappointed with either of them.

The staff and chef are superb and warmly welcoming and attentive. Finally, the price to quality of the food is great and reasonable.

Overall, the place left a long lasting impression and I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone who likes to experience a good authentic indian food. We can’t wait to try other dishes in their menu in...

Authentic Flavors & Great Vibes at Aachi Biryani!

Aachi Biryani is a hidden gem for Indian food lovers! It’s a cozy BYOB spot with about 7-8 tables, perfect for a relaxed meal with friends. The menu is extensive with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. We brought a 12-pack of beer, and the host was kind enough to store it in the fridge for us and promptly served it when we asked — great hospitality! Here’s what we ordered: Cut Mirchi: Freshly made and crispy — a standard dish done well! Kodi Vepudu: We got this medium spicy and it hit the perfect balance. Packed with flavor, and we finished every bite. Tandoori Chicken: Absolutely delicious and juicy — the photo I took doesn’t do it justice. One of the highlights of the meal! Street Style Fried Rice: Took me straight back to the flavors of top restaurants in Secunderabad. Nostalgic and full of taste. Hakka Noodles: Tasty and well-made. We ordered medium spice but would go for spicy next time to match the heat of the Kodi Vepudu. Overall, Aachi Biryani is a great spot with good food, warm service, and a casual vibe. We’ll definitely be...

Food was fantastic...I especially loved the Palak Paneer (best I ever had, and I have tried a lot), Garlic Naan, Mango Lassi and Rose Milk. The website wouldn't accept my payment method which wasn't an issue with my card, because I used the same card in the physical restaurant (and I tried several payment methods). It may have just been a glitch with the Clover online ordering system which the restaurant can't control. I drove to the restaurant and ordered at the register. I got home and realized the paneer butter masala was missing but I had a container labeled chicken tikka which I didn't try because I don't eat chicken. So, I called, they offered to deliver a replacement, but I volunteered to bring it back. The chefs checked it out and it turns out it was indeed paneer (not chicken) and just mislabeled. They still graciously offered me the replacement they made for me as well, fully taking accountability for the mislabeling. I really appreciate that. Everyone was very friendly. I will definitely return! Please keep cooking this great food. We are lucky to have...

My husband and I stopped by Aachi Biryani for lunch on a Friday. It was quiet in the restaurant but the decor was welcoming and beautiful. The man at the counter was smiling and very friendly and upon my request made me a refreshing sweet lassi (since I’m allergic to mango). It’s a self service restaurant so you order at the counter. We ordered the ghee roasted masala dosa, chili paneer, and Paneer 65. The food was fresh, hot and oh so delicious! The dosa was crispy and buttery, and filled with a flavorful spiced potato filling (mashed) and the chutneys (tomato, peanut, and coconut) complimented it very well but my favorite way to eat dosa is dipping it in the accompanying curry which was packed full of flavor. We’ll be going back real soon. We were excited to find delicious local Indian food at an affordable price and enjoyed every bit! We came out just under $50 for two meals and an appetizer.
