Hans Dynasty is probably the best Szechuan cuisine in the region. You will not find this type of menu in a typical American Chinese restaurant in this area. Firstly, it is not a huge menu. Some of the frustrating traits of some Asian restaurants (or American Diners, for that matter) is that there are way too many entrees on the menu, and the portions are way too large. Here, the menu selection is manageable, and the food portions are just right. The appetizers of Pork Belly in Garlic sauce and the Fried Taiwanese Sausage was terrific. The Pork Belly had the right fat to meat ratio to make it enjoyable, and the heat level was just right. The sausage was served with slices of raw garlic. The taste and texture of the sausage balanced the tartness of the garlic nicely. Menu is numbered according to heat level. Since I like hot, I first tried the Dry Pot Style (with Lamb) which was rated very high in terms of heat. What I found was the heat doesn’t overwhelm the taste of the food, although this entree was on the edge for me regarding hotness. For moderate hotness the Hot Sauce Style was the best choice for me. And, as a previous reviewer said, the chef pays attention to the presentation and texture of the food, which is always the first impression of a meal when presented. So, Hans Dynasty has become a favorite spot for my girlfriend and I, so we will be going back often. Also watch out for the once a month tasting nights, which I believe is the first Tuesday of every month. You get to sample many of the menu items in a communal type setting. And they may throw in a couple of new ideas which may become...
Read moreToday, I had the pleasure of dining at Han Dynasty, and I have to say, I was immediately impressed. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere transported me straight to a traditional Chinese setting. The décor and ambiance felt as though I was stepping into an authentic Chinese restaurant in the heart of China, which set the tone for a memorable dining experience.
The service was equally impressive. As soon as my group sat down, the waiter approached us promptly and made sure we were comfortable, offering helpful suggestions from the menu. It was clear that they were attentive to detail and genuinely wanted to enhance our experience.
What really stood out, though, was the food. It arrived at our table incredibly quickly, yet everything was fresh, flavorful, and expertly prepared. The balance of spices, textures, and rich flavors was exceptional. It’s rare to find a place that delivers both authenticity and quality at such a high level. I can easily say that the dishes were some of the best Chinese food I’ve had in a long time.
Whether you’re a fan of bold, spicy flavors or more subtle tastes, Han Dynasty has something for everyone. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a true taste of China. I will definitely...

Today me and mom went and only 2 other families were dining in the restaurant. They sat us at a table next to bath room facing the rest room while there were so many other tables available. When asked for a different table, they told us every table for 2 people were wobbly and not able to keep the food. Only other table just for two was right next to a large family which were occupied. There are several other tables (that can sit 4) and one whole side of the restaurant were empty but they said they cant let us sit in any of those since they are busy. I ordered the food to go since I didn't want to eat facing the bathrooms. Within few mins before our food came both families left and we were the only customers. When we finally got our food and was about to leave only one other customer arrived. The time was pass 1.30 pm and so it was not the peak lunch time and anyways there was only 1 new customer. So, unless you are ok to sit next to a bath room or within inches from a large family .. do not go to this place. To get a decent table you have to go in a group...
