DR. Ashmon's REVIEW ESTABLISHMENT: Chick-fil-A

WRITTEN REVIEW on Establishment: I visited Chick-fil-A in Douglassville, PA. I was not satisfied with the temperature of my Niece's Chicken sandwich. I ordered through the drive through and proceeded to the highway upon discovering night that the bread was soaked with oil.

DATE of Vist(s): January 2, 2022 TIME: 11:00 AM

ATMOSPHERE: The establishment partially was clean in the kitchen area and the bathroom was clean.

ACCOLADES: None at this time.

NOTE: Management should be aware of customer comments and follow up with staff immediately.

RECOMMENDATION: Not, unless management and owners make correct measures immediately, regarding customer service, food quality, and food temperature. I would highly recommend this...

Absolutely horrible experience! After working a 12 hour day with his wife home with a 102 fever and two small boys, he goes to this location after work to get chicken nuggets, soup, fries and the cheese sauce. No one eats this meal without the cheese sauce. After waiting in the drive through for 10 mins he orders everything I just mentioned. It’s repeated back to him. He goes to the window and he’s told all the soup was thrown out. Most definitely after he already ordered it. We pays. My husband gets home and what a surprise, no cheese sauce. He leaves again to get it while I try and call the store to let them know. Except you can’t get ahold of the store! I wait 8 mins to get connected to someone who tells me “oh we will document it”. Gee thanks. While on the phone my husband calls. Chick fil a is now closed! He walks in side and tells them they forgot the cheese sauce he paid for. They tell him “we’re closed”. Which he ordered 10 min BEFORE they closed! He tells them he wants the cheese sauce he PAID FOR. Everyone is dancing and cleaning because they are closed. He is told by the “manager” that they threw out his cheese sauce and all the cheese sauce they had. It was 9 on the dot when he walked in. Which means they threw out the soup and the cheese he paid for at 8:45. The manager did nothing. Corporate did NOTHING. if we would have known this we wouldn’t even have gone to chick fil a. The sad part is this isn’t the first time this happened. And we only just move to this area and starting going to this chick fil a! No “I’m sorry”. Nothing. Do yourself a favor. If you want chick fil a find a different one. The time you will have to drive to get to a different one is better then then closing early and throwing out food that is still being ordered and being PAID for! I guess 9pm isn’t early enough for a fast food place to close. They have to rip people off and get out of there dancing at 8:45. Laziness...

While Chick-fil-A prides itself on its young workforce extending themselves in a kind, helpful, and endearing manner, the management does not follow these principals when anything goes wrong. Have experienced several incidences. Here is the best Was at Royersford, PA location. After waiting in the drive- through for close to 15 minutes, I picked up my salad only to find out after driving away, they had failed to give me eating utensils. I found a way to drive near the person accepting money outsude and asked if she could use her walkie talkie to ask someone to bring a fork out to me. The female manager on the other end said "She will have to come in to get one." I explained that I was disabled and was not able to come in. Manager said, "then add she will need to get in the drive through line again." I said, noooo, I already waited my turn for nearly 15 minutes, I'm not getting back in the line. Your people forgot to give me eating utensils. I am disabled. I'd appreciate if you could have someone bring a fork out to me. SHE REFUSED! I reported this incident to corporate a week ago. So far, no one cared enough to contact me with an apology. ..uh.. and exactly why is this corporation closed on...
