Went to the outlets on a Saturday so it was pretty crowded... long lines in front of the counter promised good food! They've made the system very efficient with easy to use kiosks if one is paying by card... or you can order at the counter if you want to pay cash or just find it difficult to use the kiosk! Awesome variety of food with some fabulous vegetarian options. My son thoroughly enjoyed the classic cheese steak while my daughter loved the pork sandwich ... veggie me loved the falafel wrap. Great options of shakes and special mention to their thick cut fries which they fried on order. Super fresh and crunchy!

Please be careful when ordering from this place. 1 they are overpriced. 2 if they mess up your order they don't give refunds or remake your food. I was in with one of my consumers who order cheesesteak sandwich & who is allergic to mayo.They made it & put mayo on it when he told them only cheese, ketchup & meat they still put mayo on it. When question about it he flat out lied and said that's not mayo is melted cheese when u can could clearly see & smell it was mayo. Maybe I went into it expecting too much, but I thought this was supposed to be one of the best in Philly? The cheesesteak wasn’t horrible by any means. It’s just that I expected it to be as good as Pat’s or at least comparable but it fell pretty short of that mark. Excellent bread, but the steak was bland and absent of flavor and the cheese didn’t seem like real whiz, almost watered down flavor.
