We arrived at 11 am and there was one family ahead of us getting their ears pierced. The new employee started helping us but was clearly struggling. The other employee finished piercing and started helping the next family that walked in, and started piercing them although we were there first. It was now 12 and we had still not been pierced and 3 other people who came in after us had been. I looked at my receipt and had been overcharged $32.

It was finally our turn and I find out this is the guys first piercing. He touched multiple surfaces with his gloves, and was not supervised at all. When he pierced it obviously crooked he told he me it would settle. I brought it up the the other employees who said well it will be fine. The refund took 3 days to return to my account.

FOR $70 I would avoid...

I would strongly advise against visiting this establishment. Unfortunately, our experience with an ear piercing for my daughter turned out to be quite disappointing. Regrettably, the technician mishandled the procedure, resulting in an uneven and unsightly outcome. It's disheartening to realize that such mistakes cannot be rectified immediately, as we now have to wait for the healing process before attempting it again elsewhere. I would give a zero stars if I could. I went there on a weekend and was the second person in the store waiting to be serviced. While the person before me was being serviced, another person walked in and the artist in the store serviced her immediately while just curtly nodding at me. I waited and when a third person walked in, I was asked to wait again. The lady was extremely rude, and dismissive of my questions while being all smiles and attentive to others who walked in. There was no reason for her to do so without even speaking to me. Absolutely highly Very very racist behavior.
