Black and brown people have money too. It's said not to judge a book by it's color. A white women stood by the door before I got in line to purchase. Another woman asked me if I found everything but not the other women in the store. All the white women were racial profiling. The woman who rang my purchase gave me look because I had to reiterated I asked for a price check on one of the bags which I did not want to purchase. All the while with that look. I asked for her name which she provided (no name tag). The brazenness is astounding. When I turned around, the woman at the door was standing in the aisle behind me. I watched to see if she stood by the door for anyone else, she did not. I walked pass the store later and none of the white woman were attending to the white or Indian people in the store. That woman who waited on me saw me looking as I was walking by. You people are disgusting. Corporate will be made aware. It's sad because I like the bag which I needed for travel (the dimensions of bag matched for carry-on for airlines ) in a few days. I will no longer patronize this brand. It was the wrong one so she immediately returned it on 8.4.25. It was received by Vera Bradley on 8.11.25. As of 8.21.25 she still had not received her refund. Emailed customer service twice (8.21.25 & 9.3.25). Called customer service, who stated the store has a 15 day window to issue refund, which that date came and went with still no refund. Called customer service again, 9.5.25, representative very nice but had to contact his supervisor to find out why a refund was not sent. Supervisor pushed the refund through, but stated it could take another 3-5 days to show in my daughter's account.
Bottom line: If you're considering an online purchase and may need to return an item, be prepared to stay proactive and follow up until your refund...
