I ordered two pizzas for carryout because I live outside of Domino's delivery range. I requested hand tossed for both of them, but received handmade pan crusts instead, which I only noticed after I got them home. I wasn't too bothered about getting the wrong crusts, so I didn't make an issue of it. However, as soon as I took a bite, I realized that the pizza was inedible. It was more raw than cooked, with a base that was gummy and tasted of dough. I immediately phoned the Stevensville, Michigan location where I made the order. I spoke with the manager, who offered me a $10 credit, which did not cover the cost of my order; or a replacement (but I would have to take a 40 minute drive with no compensation for my gas or time). I suggested that he could send a delivery driver to pick up the inedible pizzas and deliver the new pizzas, but the manager said he was unable to do that, because of the distance. None of the options I was offered provided me with compensation that would make me whole as a customer. The manager argued that what he was offering me was fair, because I could just pop the pizzas in an oven and finish cooking them. However, I do not order takeout meals so that I can finish cooking them. Additionally, the manager claimed that no one else had complained of raw pizzas, that night, which I felt suggested he disbelieved my complaint. I've been a Domino's customer for more than 15 years, often placing large orders for corporate events and class parties. This is the second time I've had a problem with my order. Last time I was adequately compensated for my burned pizzas, so I continued to patronize this location, and Domino's in general. However, seeing as I feel cheated on this occasion, I will certainly no longer shop at this location, and I will think twice about ordering from Domino's. For the cost of $6, they've lost a consistent customer to their competitors. I'll shop at Pizza Hut in the future, unless they can offer me adequate...
Read moreI'd give 0 stars if I could. Let me preface this by saying that I usually don't have a problem with ordering from this location. But today is a different story. Placed an order at 12:08 for a medium pizza and 8 wings, was given delivery time for 18-29 minutes. Was notified that the order was delivered and left at the door. Never received it. My partner called and was immediately asked to hold, was placed on hold for 15 minutes. Hung up and called back, finally someone answered and told us that it was delivered to the house with the "-insert car here" (not our house), and that they just got an order for 10 Pizzas so we'll have to wait for it to be redelivered anyway. Even though we'd already made it to an hour past the order time.
This has been by far the worst experience I've had with Stevensville Domino's.
*edit to add - shortly after, received a call back that our order was delivered to someone else at a completely different address entirely, and that we'd be upgraded on our order. Thank you for that, but still my worst...
Read moreAfter what was a long rough day of watching Netflix, I desperately needed a professional level refuel and I needed one fast- and on top of that and I needed it to cost less than 15 dollars with tax and delivery. Domino's did it, Domino's provided the meat and cheese and vegetables I required. I must say the delivery drivers at this location have so far been fast and polite, the online ordering system is intuitive and even a bit fun, and it is also worth noting that none of my orders have shown up incorrect. No Domino's is not the best Italian food in town- however in my opinion it is the best Italian- inspired American pizza delivery for the price- and these pies they keep sending to me are great- I'll level with you folks- I don't even order extra cheese anymore because as you might be able to tell by the picture, there is an ample amounts of everything- including the mushrooms which were thick and juicy- just...
