Shot Makers Sports Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Southgate

I went here about a month ago or so. We went it to have dinner . I ordered steak well done. When I got my steak I did not realize my steak was still raw. When I ordered well done. With the bar being so Dark you can't see the person across from . Let alone what your food looks like. Since the new owner took over the bar is now really dark as a woman I would not feel safe going into this bar alone being so dark. We use to frequent this bar alot before the new owner. I really hope you use this review to correct your problems.

Not the 1st food issue.

I wrote a review about this previously. After me writing that review. We tried to go try it again and we're told by the waitress that the new owner said I was barred for a review.

That's ok we have found a better place for service and amazing food made the right way. 9 Any other time I've left a review I got a message back from owner/ manager to make it right. Not barred from place. .

A group of 10 girls were in to eat, when asked for coffee we were told they didn’t have coffee when there was a half pot in site, the blond waitress was over heard talking about table multiple times. Service was horrible, when one of us tried to play pull tabs she won $22 but when she turned them she only received $20 back. The bar tender was rude, there was a bigger guy staring at our table and making the girls feel so uncomfortable. Asked to specialize orders and the waitress rudely stated that they don’t have this and they don’t have that when the table right next to us was eating on the things we were asking about. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone outside of this town because they do not take well to anyone they don’t know. This place continues to impress me, with their strong cocktails and beer specials. I get their long Islands from time to time and you only need to drink one to start feeling quite good.

As far as their food, I get the bryan wings. In my opinion, they are in the top tier of wings in the area. Their mushrooms are very good too. What really impressed me the most however, was their chorizo burger. I forgot the exact name of it, but it was on point.

They remodeled a while back ago too, so its less of a dive feel when going in. They have a pool table and its really a typical blue collar feel. I've never been disappointed with their service either. The waitress has always been prompt and friendly.

They have another location in Harrisville, Michigan that I'd like to check out some day if I'm ever up north. Overall, I would...
