Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Lincoln Park

Guy was loud spoken and aggressive he refused to give me accurate location details so I can find him he hung up on my daughter twice when she asked where your located called to find out where I told him where I was he fail to tell me accurate location details he was loud spoken very cocky my ored was not made right it had alfrato light sauce on both I did not choose that it did not have extra cheese on leather of them he said all I going to do is make it his fault and say pizzas are made wrong guess what it was his fault and yes pizzas where made wrong he even slammed the door as I walked out and lock the door I made no threats all I said is do want to come back up there as all I wanted is a refund because the way we was treated that's not a threat that's a want he judge me assuming I had tons of money as I wore a supreme coat that does not make me rich lol this is the first time I had order dominos pizza even threw ap if I ever order pizza again it won't be this location why would you walk around the counter and get in my face I felt threatened he don't know me like that I did go to my bank for refund and explain why I did not lie I got it back he was very rude and loud spoken I do not recommend this place it is corporate as soon as I can I'll call he needs to learn proper customer service and how to talk to them I do not feel safe going back up there if you would have said you was buy 711 on dix or that part store name across from you I would have known how to find you he bashed my intelligence when I said I'll just cancel my order he said good and hung up on me never once did he offer a way to make it right I did apologize for my use of bad words and for getting loud he did apologize for his choice of words and actions what horrible experience yes I was frustrated cause I was lost I had no way to use Google maps I was drive my daughter is special needs and knows basic phone use he stared at my daughter he got loud twords her and question her intelligence I want to add dix Rd location is corporate I went to fort st location is franchise super clean nice inside manager was super friendly staff was great my pizza was greasy and made right ill stay with fort street it's crazy how a franchise can out shine corporate the Abraham needs to go for that dix corporate location will close they will loose alot of customers it's because of wana be manager Abraham he needs to go he did me so dirty and my order was nasty made wrong and did nothing to...

Honesty I wouldn’t even give them 1star! Horrible! I used to order from this location once a week and it was great! The last couple times I ordered it was terrible. I ordered a delivery and even tipped the driver almost $20 cause it’s so cold out! An item was missing so I tried calling for an hour with no answer. I even tried to reorder the item and it said it was being prepared then 10mins later it was cancelled. I decided to go to the location for the item and was treated very rudely by a younger man. I work in the business so I get the struggles but they have no communication with the customer. The driver didn’t tell me they were out of the item which would’ve saved me all the trouble I went thru then when I went in to figure it out they were just rude. They did not treat me like I was a customer that just spent $ at their establishment and paid xtra to have it deivered and still had to go out in the cold cause they don’t know how to communicate. I was very calm until the man decided to talk so rudely to me. They said they called and my phone said out of service. I was calling them for almost an hour so my phone was working just fine. Have the driver know what’s going on and if that isn’t possible send a message on the app. That’s what it’s for right? I will never order from this location again and anyone reading this stay away! I am so disappointed in the service I received at this Domino's last night! I placed an order online that was 1 pizza and a coke and my husband went to pick it up. When he got there the young man at the counter insisted that there was no coke included in the order and they charged him almost $4 to add a 2 liter to the order when I already paid for just a 20 oz! My called me and told me what happened so I called up there and spoke to a gentleman who said yes there was a coke listed so whoever gave my husband the order was wrong and/or lied to him and charged him for an additional. When my husband came home asked him again what happened and I called and spoke to a manager named Raven. She told me that since my husband paid cash for the additional 2 liter, I could not get credited for it but if we drove all the way back up there then she could give me another coke and refund my $1.67 for the 20 ounce I originally paid for. I told her I wasn't coming back up there when I'm already in my pajamas for the night and I'd come the next day. She said I can do that but the next day they won't be able to credit me because a lot of people try to scam them so instead she'd give me another coke!! Seriously?! I don't want another coke, I want refunded for the overcharge of the coke you scammed my husband into buying! I told her to keep the $5 they took from us and now they can have a bad review. Also, the pizza wasn't good either, under cooked and very minimal sauce. I will definitely NOT be ordering from this Dominos's ever...
