Hungry Howie's Pizza — Restaurant in Lincoln Park

My card was used after i made my purchases.... I discovered Monday evening after using my card Saturday nite at this location & someone used it to make a payment or sort from PlayStation, mind you ima grown woman with no kids so I've no use for anything PlayStation related, also the young lady that was working that nite was rude & didn't get my order rite so I should've himg up & call somewhere else but by me not driving I couldnt return or come in myself so maybe this didn't happen, I will file a police report , I am contacting corporate & I will not let this go,.. I dont know why people would think it's ok to steal from someone just cause you used your card for a meal,.. I will NEVER order from Hungry Howies again or trust my card over the phone, shouldve went with my 1st mind & just cooked...

I ordered a pizza off of the mobile app. Upon arrival, I picked up my order, and I checked my Pizza to make sure it was correct. Not only was it correct but it was Hot and the food tasted delicious. The toppings tasted fresh. I did have a moment where I thought it was Going to be a bad experience. When I had asked for Extra mushrooms On my pizza, It didn’t seem like I had that much, and when I brought it to the cashiers attention, one of the coworkers, Hayley (Hope I spelled your name, right), Came up to the counter and asked me if I could wait three minutes and she would provide more mushrooms to put on my pizza. I ordered my pizza and it said it would take 50 minutes to be delivered. The howie track wouldn't work so I went inside from the garage 20 mins later. The delivery driver was about to drive away and saw me. He was very rude because I wasn't at the door but in my defense their Howie track wasn't working and the order said 50 minutes. My pizza was there within 20 minutes. So I get the pizza inside and it was so undercooked the crust was soggy and limp. It was not even golden brown on the bottom. They clearly rushed the pizza and the delivery driver was mad at me for not answering in 20 minutes even though the order said 50 minutes.
