I’m not usually one to write reviews but this experience was terrible enough I just have to. Between 5PM-6PM on July 5 my friend ordered a deep dish pizza. The pizza came at a timely manner and the delivery driver was nice, no complaints there. We waited about 15-20 minutes before eating as we didn’t want the pizza to be too hot for her two year old daughter and we wanted her fiancé to be able to eat with us too. Once that time passed and we all took one slice each and began eating. The pizza felt softer than usual, but we thought it was just because we didn’t eat it immediately upon arrival. A few more bites later my friend sees dough and sees that the pizza isn’t cooked all the way, to which her fiancé and I check our slices and her daughter’s to find the same thing. My friend then calls this Jet’s to tell them and the manager offers to remake the pizza if we give them back the entire pizza, my friend then tells her there was four of us total and we all took one slice each not knowing about the fact that this pizza wasn’t cooked until we began eating to which the manager then says there’s nothing she can do since everyone already began eating a slice. I thought that was a crazy thing to say because when I used to work in food I remember always being told that you aren’t supposed to take food back from customers for health and safety reasons (excluding sit down restaurants where you are being served). Now it’s almost 3AM and I can tell you by the horrendous stomach ache I have and the fact that that one slice of pizza is the last thing I ate, that food was in fact not cooked all the way. I’m usually a fan of Jet’s but I don’t recommend ordering from here at all unless you want to look over your food before you eat. Read more. I accidentally ordered wrong online and called asking if I could swap the wrong pizza for the right one and was first told it wasn’t a problem and to pay the difference. I was happy and willing willing to pay the difference on the order. The manager, however, was very unwilling and impatient when waiting for me to get my card, she said my children playing in the background were an inconvenience to her , and when I asked why she was being so rude, she said my children “screaming” in the background was a problem when she was “trying” to be patient with me. This woman (the manager)was extremely rude and I was trying my best to be as nice as possible. She was waiting nearly 30 seconds for me to find my card before telling me how much of a problem the sound of my children playing were. After me asking why she was being very rude to me. She told me that because of this inconvenience she will not help me in any matter. I think this establishment should most definitely rethink about the staff. Read moreI’m very disappointed in Jet’s pizza Lincoln park! I ordered A large Detroit style pizza cheese and pepperoni and A order of Jet’s bread with Ranch dressing! Someone picked it up for me! No ranch dressing..... and the pizza was terrible! Two pieces didn’t have cheese and about 5 pieces only had one pepperoni . I called them back told them I usually don’t complain but you guys forgot my ranch and my pizza had only one piece of pepperoni per piece! Manager said come back and get the ranch and we put same amount of pepperoni on all our pizzas so if you bring it back for another one it will be the same way not unless you pay for extra pepperoni, I said I just paid $16.95 why would I wanna pay more!?
