So yesterday I ordered 2 hot & readys & an order of crazy bread online & asked for it to be done & READY by 9pm-9:05pm bc it was the Fourth of July & I had to be back to the house by 9:30pm. My 10 year old daughter & I rode a bike & roller bladed from Fort street & outer drive to Little Caesar’s to pick up our food. We were kind of early & they had a full lobby so my daughter & I waited outside. At 9pm the young girl behind the counter came out & started locking the Lobby up so I asked her if my food was ready & she said it was coming out the oven any minute. About 9:15pm i seen the young girl standing in the lobby & was playing on her phone so I knocked on the door to see if my food was get ready, she turned around, looked at me, and than continued to ignore me & went back on her phone. I began getting upset so about 9:25pm, once again I knocked with the young girl still standing there on her phone, but this time when she heard me knocking, she walked away from the lobby & began laughing & talking with a young man than than came to the door & asked what I needed. I told him that I had an order supposed to be READY by 9:05pm at the latest, he than apologized, & went to check to see what was going on. Than some lady finally brought my food out to me, after waiting until almost 9:45pm for my food, no apology, nothing! I than went to walk away after getting my food when I heard the young girl state “maybe next time you won’t order your food so late when we’re trying to go enjoy our 4th of July also. I was beyond livid, already feeling frustrated, I just walked away with a smile & my daughter & I left. Note, if you’re gonna have someone running the front, if you still have customers that paid & are waiting on their food, you really shouldn’t lock them outside the restaurant especially when it’s 90 degrees out & a young child is involved & second, if you’re gonna allow your employees to disrespect your regular customers, you should really have them take some behavior classes because I will no longer step foot at that little Caesar’s due to the lack of respect. I wasn’t even upset that I had to wait an additional 25 min for my food after I requested it to be ready at a certain time, but the fact that young girl was very rude & made rude comments, I will not return & I’ll be posting this all over my social media to let my friends & family know so NOT return to...
Read moreAttention everyone: PLEASE stop coming here! After many bad experiences here, tonight’s finally pushed me to leave a review. To AVOID the insane drive thru line that was inevitably going to be there, we decided to place an in-store pick up order. It took 23 minutes to make, which was fine. What wasn’t fine however, was us arriving to the store at 8:45pm to find that the front doors had been locked, despite the lobby closing at 9:00pm and the store itself not until 10:00pm. If this is something that is allowed to take place, the option for in-store pick up either needs to be removed from online ordering, or the hours need to reflect the reality that you meet in person. It’s not fair to anybody, especially those without vehicles that walk or bike to the store and cannot even enter the building to receive their order (picture attached of this exact scenario taking place; what a way to be inclusive…). We quickly realized it was a lost cause and were forced to enter the absurd drive thru line in order to receive our “in-store” pick up. After we got to the window following a 35 minute wait, we were met with confused employees “searching” for our order. Once 2/3 of the order was “found” it was sat on the counter to get cold (picture attached) while we were told that it would be a wait as they were finishing up our crazy bread. A short wait? How is that possible if I was notified the order was ready for pick-up 40 minutes ago?? It was beyond frustrating. On top of this, the 3 sauces I paid for were not provided until I reminded the cashier at the window, so I wouldn’t have got those. As always, no apology, no compensation, just excuses. We returned home to open up a jumbled, mediocre pizza and the DRIEST italian cheese bread I’ve ever had (guessing because it sat in a pizza portal getting fried for 40 minutes!). It was sooo disappointing. If you really want LC’s, go to literally ANY other location, it is not worth wasting any...
Read moreI am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at one of your locations on 04/07/2025. When I visited the drive-through, I was met with rudeness and disrespect from one of your employees.
As I pulled up to the speaker, I was not immediately answered, and the menu board was broken so I proceeded to the window to place my order. The employee then made a comment that I perceived as condescending and unprofessional, saying "Have you never been in a drive through?" This tone was unwarranted and made me feel disrespected.
Despite the employee's behavior, I chose to remain calm and kind, letting them know that it was okay and I will order at another time since he expressed how this inconvenienced him. However, I was surprised by the level of disrespect shown by the employee after waiting an hour in the drive through.
As a customer, I expect a certain level of service and respect, regardless of any mistakes or misunderstandings. I understand that employees can have bad days, but it's essential to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor.
I hope that you will take this feedback seriously and address the issue with the employee. I would appreciate it if you could also provide additional training to your staff on customer service and...
