Xander's Ballpark Tavern — Restaurant in Lincoln Park

This is a nice little neighborhood bar. While they do not serve any food, there is a good atmosphere and very reasonable drink prices.

The place is definitely different than when I visited about 7 years ago. It's remodeled and much more modern. They don't seem to really "look the other way" on smoking anymore.

Our waitress, Crystal (or Krystal), was very friendly and attentive as well. She wasted no time getting our drinks, but also talked with us and didn't seem like she was in a big rush.

I liked the atmosphere of this place too. It's clean, the music is chill, and while there is seating at the bar, the other seating kind of reminds me of a little lounge.

Overall, I enjoyed the experience at this place. And it was a much different experience than what it was years ago...
