Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever had.. I order take out, went to pick it up, stood there for 10 mins with no one to even come great me while I was looking at my food sitting on the table getting cold then after the first 15 mins a woman came to ask what I wanted, I told here my food, she said I’ll go get Amy or Emily or whatever her name was, then 10 mins later she showed up again finally so I could pay, took my card walked away with it for few mins then I could finally take my food and card. So I could leave I asked for the drink I purchased and she said yea hold on.. sat another table instead of getting my drinks for me so I was so fed up at this point I walked out without the drinks I purchased.. while other customers behind me even made comments how terrible they were to me. Had a great meal here the other night. Server was Nadine and she was great, super friendly and on point with service. Started with buff wings which had a good flavor and not super hot. Potato nachos which were fantastic crisp with lots of cheese and jalapeños and boom boom sauce very very tasty. The onion soup was fantastic, im a bit on an onion soup snob and this was Def one of my top 5 ever, lots of flavor, plenty of onions and good cheese ratio on top. Wife had a burger with onion rings. Its a smash burger so its cooked well done but still super juicy and a hot mess, bring extra napkins. I had the steak tips which were super tender and flavorful, just wish the serving was more than 8oz. The mashed potatoes were a lil underwhelming considering the good flavors from everything else. We held our son’s rehearsal dinner in the function room and everything was perfect!! Everyone raved about the food, the staff was absolutely amazing and the room decor was great! The communication leading up to the event put us at ease that Mandy and Lou had everything under control and we had nothing to worry about. Nadine was our bartender and again, we can’t say enough!
