Last week me and the little one went to get our Amigos fix. Even though we have 2 locations fairly close to the house we make it a point to frequent the one at 15th & Pine Lake. They always get my order right and generally have excellent customer service.

I have to mention the (presumably) 3 employees trying to run the whole show. Obviously understaffed I was still greeted quickly and told they would be with me as soon as possible. While I waited I noted how calm, cool, and collected the team was. One held down the line while the other 2 ran around each volunteering to do the next thing.

Above all they were kind. To me but also to each other, very much so. I'm sure they got an earful from many frustrated customers in the busy drive thru. Our food was great, another experience that cemented my patronage at this...

Giving 2 stars for them giving me a coupon for my trouble & the workers are nice for the most part.. I used to love coming to this location for their rice bowls.. but they've messed my order up each time I ordered the larger size (for leftovers) I caught it this time, but then they showed me the containers & the one I received today was 'slightly' bigger than the regular size. I can understand that part, but the quality of what I'm getting for almost $10.. I'm not doing it anymore. Barely any rice, the rice wasn't cooked all the way (it was hard), chicken was very salty, literally zero sour cream... its gone so downhill its sad.👎 I'll have to try Chipotle from now on, at least we know they care about...

Awesome Customer Service, way above and beyond!

Just had a great experience of Amigos customer service from Aaron. I was in the drive thru and asked for a maple bar doughnut if there were any left, he said he was sure there were and I complete my order. At the window, he told me that someone had just ordered the last maple bar from the front counter. He apologized and told me that it was removed from my order. Then as he handed me my food, he also provided me with two maple cake doughnuts at no charge and told me to have a nice day. That extra touch wasn't expected at all and it totally brightened my day! Thanks...
