My family loves Panda Express. We have been to this location 3 times since it opened so when I took my Mom to lunch on the 4th visit, I didn’t expect to get the service or the food I received. My moms portions seemed ok. However, she asked for a 2 entree plate and received a bowl and a tiny side box. I asked for a 2 entree plate and the server grabbed a bowl. I said, Ma’am, I want the plate. She looked at me and said, I know, but this way is ok. It’s the same thing, you will see, as she scooped about 1/3 of a scoop of rice into the bowl(that’s all that was left in the hot table.) Then asked me what entree I wanted, I answered. A girl from the drive thru then cut in front of her and got what she needed for her order, so I was asked again what entree. As she scooped up the entree I wanted, I asked her about the rice amount and why it was so little, she again told me it was the same as the plate and would be fine, I would see... Then scooped the second entree into the tiny box. The bowl I got wasn’t even half full but I was charged full price for my meal. The staff seamed to want to rush us through the line even though we were the only customers there at the time. Neither my concerns or my service, were important to our server. She was just going through the motions to get us to the cash register. I did the survey and it cut me off when I was less than satisfied with everything. Smh... I am glad south Lincoln finally got a Panda, but the service I got this time makes me not...
Read moreMy family and I walked in to this restaurant today for lunch separately. I arrived a few minutes after my kids and was helped by a female employee who was apparently yelling at at patron across the restaurant about masks just before I walked in. She immediately asked if I had a mask ( I was distanced and behind plexiglass) but I did not have one. I realize that everyone has their opinion about the effectiveness and necessity of the mandate, so no need to discuss that further...but this employee was super rude and the overall environment of the restaurant was tense and uncomfortable, for everyone. Even the other employees looked embarrassed. Once people got their food they walked three feet behind the order line where the dining tables are located and took off their masks. This apparently was safe. Although this employee has a right to refuse service to someone coming in without a mask, I will not return to this restaurant. I still expect to be treated with respect when I spend my money at an establishment and will dine at one of the hundreds of other restaurants in town that allow you to use common sense, keep your distance and smile at those around you. If my family has not already ordered we would have left due to the terrible customer service. The food was decent, but not worth the overall...
Read moreYaY.!!!! They have a Drive-Through. I have been there three(3) times now and they were very fast and food was good, as it should be. I usually go to the Mall as theirs has always been good. If your in a Mall space you better be good or you will lose your spot and your money. The kind & lovely Latinas there will always treat your tastebuds.!! I am a regular but have to work of the sugar & oil that makes good food. Oil Flour, & Sugar are the three things that every great recipe uses in different ways to use as a base plus the item you add to those three in various amounts. Now, I hope the ●Q Street ● store has improved but after 4 out of 5 visits were a BAD experience. So I have not been there for over six(6) months. The youngster who was cooking blamed Corporate for changing cook time but only an IDIOT would put food burned that bad on the Steam Table for customers to see & smell. He should have said sorry and just tossed it out and run a new batch rather than ruin the reputation of the store and brand. I like the American-Cinese food Panda Express puts out but it is fast food and these recipes have been tried and tested for a long time and if you are a cook in any restaurant you need to have edible food. YaY for the Mall and YaY.!! New Pine Lake...
