Panera Bread — Restaurant in Lincoln

I will absolutely never be returning to this location ever again. I understand when businesses are busy, things might get slow. But McDonald’s would have been way faster. I live out of town and was around the area and decided to get Panera for dinner. We ordered our food around 7:20 and didn’t get it until about 7:53. Given the amount of time they had to make it, my order was wrong. And instead of bread they gave us chips, which I paid for bread just for them to throw a bag of chips on there. I mean come on, how long does it really take to scoop up some Mac and cheese into a bowl and throw a bag of chips on the plate. Definitely not worth 30 minutes of waiting. We asked for a refund, and when the manager asked what we had, she mocked us and said “that’s it? I’ll just remake it”. Neither of us wanted to eat anymore. It took about 20 more minutes to bring out the new food (that we didn’t want), and when asked for a to-go box, she went to get one and never came back with one. It was ridiculous. I worked at Panera for years at multiple locations and am very familiar with their menu, they're ordering systems, drive through, etc. In fact, my son's dad and I both worked there. However, this location needs some work. I can only assume that the lady that took my order was new. The other lady in the bakery was very distracted. She kept wandering off and was not helping the (presumably) new associate. I ordered a YP2 - half avocado turkey and BOWL of broccoli soup with a baguette for a side and a bagel sliced in half. The lady taking my order clearly struggled. And then she forgot my bagel... Which is fine but while the lady that had rang me up was taking another order the other bakery gal was just chatting away with a customer while completely ignoring me standing there waiting for my bagel.... And then I got the rest of my order and they had given me a CUP and not a BOWL of broccoli soup... Needless to say, I'll be going elsewhere for my soup and sandwiches. I hope this location figures things out. I love Panera but the service...

I will never ever ever come here again. I ordered a rapid order that was supposed to be done at 8:21 AM. I arrived at Panera at 8:17 AM. I waited until 8:35 for my order and I never got it. The worker told me that it was put on the shelf and that someone must have taken it but that was not the case because I was there earlier than the time my order was supposed to be ready and there was nothing on the shelf. So then she asks me if I can wait and they will make it really quick but by then I was already running late for a meeting which is the reason why I ordered my order at 8:10 AM. I told her I will just take a refund and my order came out to $8.23 and she tried to refund me $7.50 and I told her my order was $8.23 and then he gives Like $.40 in change which clearly is still wrong. So not only did I have to wait I didn’t even get my full refund so I will never ever come to this...
